Today I was cleaning this wonderfully dirty bathroom! It had a lot of mold, stains, dirt, dust and grime. All the things I love the most!

I’m not into it either, I enjoy listening to her chat. A while ago a saw an asmr video with 8 hours of rain on a tin roof, another 8 hours of wind and rain…nah, that’s torture for me 😂
I haven’t watched any, but I saw a couple of minutes as I scrolled through the video of asmr role playing going to see a chiropractor 😂 I do have a chiropractor, I’ve had endless hours with them, none of it has ever been relaxing or calming. It’s brutal! Downright painful too, but has to be done. I sent the video to my chiropractor he thought it was rather amusing and left a comment saying if whoever filmed it wants to see a real appointment they’re welcome to watch 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

With ASMR you can hear how physically difficult this job is! Auri breathes heavily. Cleaning is another fitness.
Deep cleaning is hard work! She makes it look effortless but in this video you can actually hear how hard it is!

I was wondering while I watched this how many calories she was burning doing these cleanings. Lots of bending, squatting and arm movements for as long and as often as she does must build strong muscles. Another good reason to clean!

@@memyselfi2005 I had to turn the sound off because the scraping was not pleasant! I wish they'd build bathrooms in the US the way yours are in Finland! What an economical way to keep it clean - just turn the hose on the whole room!! Love you, Aurikatariina!!
Here’s a cleaning tip people may find helpful. For corrosion on stainless steel, like in a shower, take a piece of aluminum foil (or tin foil) and loosely crumple it up. Get it wet and scrub the corrosive parts. Not only does it remove the corrosion, it polishes it at the same time. It’s pretty cool.
My parent taught me that lighter fluid will remove rust spots from stainless steel. One small container lasts a long time.

You may want to consider wearing a respirator in homes with black mold. It's likely not good to breathe it in.
Not to mention using acid in an enclosed space. I would've either passed out or have gotten a migraine...
I think the acid she uses is just vinegar, or the spray on oven cleaner
@@naomipask1809 Oven cleaner is alkaline (the opposite of an acid) but you still shouldn't use it without proper ventilation. You have to be very careful using these types of chemicals. Just sayin.

Looks great!! I'm jealous we can't just spray everything down like that here in the USA. I hope the owner keeps it clean now. A lot easier keeping it clean than having to do a deep clean like this 💖

I agree - having the wet bathroom style with the drain looks so helpful (being able to spray all over and have the water drain). 😁

Wanted to add, I love how Finnish bathrooms apparently are usually able to just be sprayed down, with an open drain to wash everything away. Wish we had those here in the States.
If I ever get to renovate my bathroom I am definitely trying to get this done!!

@@ed.is.d34d. No, not rude at all. No, American bathrooms typically have either a separate shower or tub with either a curtain or glass doors. And we usually don't have just the simple pedestal sinks, but vanities with drawers and cupboards underneath. No drain other than in the bathtub/shower. The washer and dryer are usually in either a separate room or a closet of some kind. Or if your apartment doesn't have a washer or dryer, you have to bring your clothes to a laundromat to wash them. I don't miss that!
I'm so shocked they don't have them there, here is Australia we have floor drains also.
I prefer the other way maybe you could do the normal and also have a ASMR series that way people can watch what they prefer because I learn so much from when you give your tips and feel more connected when I hear the back stories also I enjoy your little jokes!

As a therapist, I find the homeowner's stories more interesting and motivating.
Their stories and your narrative show that we don’t have to do all cleaning and organizing by ourselves. There is no shame in asking for help.
Hi. Do you have a channel or a way someone can get a hold of you?
People don't know who to ask for help and usually can't afford it and/or are too embarrassed. Fiancé and I helped a dear friend clear out her own and her parent's house after her dad died. She'd hoarded out both places. It's slow going, when everything is sentimental (much of it to me as well, we grew up together, her folk's house was my second home) and many repairs need done. I had to step back when she said she wasn't ready for a therapist, which I offered to pay for, and started bringing more stuff in, but at least we'd been able to get her back on an even keel. Auri does a fantastic job, and in many cases it may be what is needed to get the person back on track to start afresh. I doubt very much therapists would work 'for free' as it may be unethical to monetize their work in the way that Auri does. Our friend would probably have to wait 2-3 years for such therapy via the state.

This was a great video! Personally I enjoy hearing you explain the story of who’s house you’re cleaning and giving tips and product explanations. Like which products work best on which types of mold/stains etc. with the music on top of it of course. Really love your videos, thank you for sharing. ♥️

I deeply struggle with depression, and often my home looks as these victims’ homes do.

Thanks for focusing on every detail in the entire bathroom and giving the exact soaking times and specific products. Every square inch is extremely important; especially, the toilet, the one people sit upon. The hint to leave the 10X cleaner overnight is most important.

I do enjoy all of your videos and you have helped me with my cleaning routine. My preference is for the videos with you voicing over as you're cleaning.

this is exactly what my bathroom looked like when i started renting! 😱 i didn’t know what products and tools to use so we lived with it for 3 years until i was FINALLY able to get it clean and free of mould, with your tips and tricks :D

Oh no! If there's black mold (or any mold really) on grout or drywall, even these tricks aren't the end of it--you need professional mold remediation and the landlord oughta pay for it!

Oof, isn't it the landlord's responsibility to rent out the apartment clean? That's why they take a deposit rent in the beginning, so they can hire a professional cleaner if you leave it like this when you move out, or damage something? At least here in Finland.

Yesterday ❤️ I cleaned a elderly woman neighbors bathroom 🤗she didn't know she had black mold. bathroom was grimey, and dusty. Cleaned it sparkles ❤️ the hold house looks good and smells good 🤗🌻🦋 yepppheee 😀, good feeling 🙏🏽😀

Love your videos! Non pro tip for the toilets is a toilet pumice stone. You get it wet and it won't scratch the porcelain, but removes the limescale faster than a scraper.
I do the same, sometimes I put some clorine inside the toilet before I go to bed, next morning it sparkles clean, no scrubbing at all.
This is my favorite!! Wow, the sounds show how difficult and time-consuming the process really is 💕💕

I _loved_ this ASMR video! Of course, your voice is lovely to hear when telling the experiences of those who you help. But this one reminds me of my own cleaning business days where I spent hours alone with my radio (before ear buds!) cleaning away at grime and built up dirt. The sounds of scrubbing away make me smile and remember the fun I had cleaning. I also like how it shows how hard you work and that it takes a good amount of time to get a sparkle. I'd love to be able to do what you do in my community here in Australia.

I love your videos, I’m really struggling with keeping my home clean ever since I became disabled about 12 years ago. It’s mainly my bathroom that’s bad, I just can’t do it from my wheelchair and I hate asking for help in case the person says no and I’m embarrassed about the state of my house. Anyway sorry for the long comment I just wanted to say that watching your videos really calms me down and inspires me to try thank you xx
I’m going to tell you like I tell my kids, never ever be ashamed to ask for help. There are going to be some people who can get together and help you get your house together for you. The more people the faster it will get done.
I’m doing my entire house mostly by myself. I’m doing it little by little. I have had to get certain gadgets to help me since my back is messed up and will get worse over time.

I love this, I have a panic disorder (I'm on meds and in therapy) and sometimes people's stories make me very anxious if I start to personalize them 😮💨 I love hearing them and seeing what you do, I just can't help the intrusive thoughts. Same thing I can't watch the news much. This straight asmr cleaning video was very nice for me!
I truly understand you,,,,,It may take some time to get better, but It is very wise of you to listen to your soul and take away stressors in your life to heal you.Always belive in your self and take babysteps,,do not apologise. Im still learning to take care of myself after depressions and anxiety and psd, I have got rid of my panicattacs for ears ago. I learned that I get panic attacs when I supressed my feelings like anger or doing something that I really did not want to do. It is soooo imortant to listen to your soul and take care of yourself with healthy food, sleeping well and walking in nature. I hope you will feel better soon.......

I usually don't enjoy ASMR but this was enjoyable, probably because of the familiar cleaning and water sounds. I REALLY LOVED how you displayed each type of dirt, cleaning product, and added additional information where needed! It made each cleaning process really understandable and easy to follow along. You've inspired me to start cleaning more and taking better care of my spaces. It's going to be a long process for me but my conditions are improving because I can clean along with your videos!
