Your drive belt is damaged or your encoder is off. You could be missing teeth on the belt. The tightness of the shafts could be lack of lubrication - thread behind the rotary hook?.

@@primetime0104 oh ya. It’s fixed. It was my fault .. I missed an Oiling Hole, where the reciprocator is at. Oiled it and manually tuned it back and forth
