    Summary The Coaching Habit
    1. Ask what's on your mind?
    2. What else?
    3. What's the real challenge here for you?
    4. If you are saying YES to this, what are you saying NO to?

    1. What’s on your mind? (0:53)
    2. What else? (1:30)
    3. What’s the real challenge for you? (2:18)
    4. If you’re saying yes to this, what are you saying no to? (3:40)

Good synopsis of 4 of his 7 questions, but there's the full list.
    1. What's on your mind?
    2. And what else?
    3. What's the real challenge for you?
    4. What do you want?
    5. How can I help?
    6. If yes to this, then no to what?
    7. What was most useful about our conversation?

I really needed this. It's appraisal time and I should ask these valuable questions to my teammates. "What else is on your mind?" "What's the real challenge for you?" "What are you saying no to?" THANK YOU!

Creative, short and extremely insightful animation, great pacing and love the way you summarized it all in the end. A masterpiece! Thank you for making these brilliant videos.

I was listening to this book summary while doing some quick dish washing and.. No joke, after not even one Minute I totally forgot it's "only" a book summary.. It felt like actually listening to an audiobook and I was confused when it was suddenly over! 😆
    Very good, hats down!

Another great example of your art of shortening books and making the consumable for so many people. Thank you.

First of all great job on those summaries! There is one more crucial question I think should be considered as 5th one depicted in the book as follows:
    - What is the most important takeaway for you from this meeting?
This question is invaluable for alignment and better focusing your coaching session next time, not say it can save you from big mess due to miscommunication or different perception.

Another great content. Your video about 'Habits' is my favorite. Is there any books on self determination?. Pls make a video on that topic.

It’s a generality, but the problem with men is that they always try to “fix” things. Hence, their advice, which neither helps you sort out your feelings on the issue, nor works, usually. Women may be *too* supportive, trying to address your feelings, but not confronting the truth. Dogs are pretty good because they won’t open their mouths and shut up. :D
