Another note on the teamwide attacks such as Shred; each hit against each enemy rolls individually for the 'percent chance to inflict status effect' to be applied, but the extra hits of 'based on other stat' skills are all thrown at one random enemy. They can be good with some lucky rng, but I agree they're not useful until later.
Thank you for the clarification. I was never sure how the extra hits worked on team wide attacks. I've always found it would hit the enemy I wasn't focused on.
@@starmenproject You're welcome, and I know what you mean. On my randomizer run I tried building a team around only using team attacks, it could function almost as well as any other team I'd put together, but it also depended on enemies sharing weaknesses and equiping particular later items.
@@XperimentorEES I found that certain monsters are better built for group attacks like the Mad Eye. However you still want to have a few single attacks.
@@starmenproject It's not the only one, but yeah it's always good to have options, though with how the skill trees work it's rather difficult to pigeonhole yourself too badly.

@@XperimentorEES That's true. Also the skill resetter is great if you feel you don't like how you're monster's build is going.
