I’ve heard a few influencers say the cancellation is no big deal, which I guess if you’ve got the previous colourways, isn’t a big deal. But I imagine many people would be interested in a chance to cop those cancelled shoes.
You do realize a lot of Yeezy designs are based off archived designs? Thats basically Yeezy’s whole motto, take several archived designs and make a better version. I doubt those soles were even created by anyone working on Yeezy at that time

The Pale Vanilla Jordan 1 TS was supposed to release Spring/Summer 2024 so it canceling for Holiday 24 doesn’t make sense bc earlier in 2024 it got pushed to 2025 so I still think they cancelled it for this year just to release next year

I really hope Nike/JB does some “sole” searching. Jordan’s fan base is pushing 50+ years old! I know I am. They keep locking away the OG and desirable colorways in a “vault” for 10 years like a Disney princess movie. Even when they do release it’s either limited or there’s so much pent up demand everyone (including resellers) try to swoop as many as their bank accounts allow, and even if you are lucky enough to snag a pair, you don’t dare wear them because it could 10-20 years before they release again. If their Buisness model is to keep their most coveted products out of the hands of the general public, they’re doing great! If they’re going to put them in their back pocket for 10 years, at least saturate the market when they do release. Sure they may lose their luster for a couple of years, but don’t worry 10 years down the line the hype will be back. Oh and sneaky weeky is horrible. The FOG collab was highly overpriced and a bit underwhelming on the clothing side for the length of time it took to arrive. Nike needs to stop flooding the market with terrible dunks and AJ1’s all it does is create fatigue and it honestly turned me off of both pairs because 1. Everyone has em, so there’s no exclusivity to them anymore 2. The terrible color ways and the ko looking ones lower the hype around the good ones

Doing a refund is not cheap. Typically retailers pay 6% to initiate a refund onto the credit card used.
