How much tnt should I add to each dispenser before it explodes itself?

Only 1 tnt is needed for each back dispenser. Each front dispenser can dispense a max of 15 tnt.

if your in creative though in case you dont know you can get prefilled dispensers with ctrl+middle mouse click while hovering your cursor over a dispenser filled completely with tnt it will put a dispenser in your hotbar with the exact nbt data.
