The 11-gauge steel frame hosts 2 wide, adjustable pulleys with 40 different vertical positions, 2 upper pulleys and 2 adjustable mid-to-low pulleys with a unique one-hand adjustment into 6 different positions to perform rows, belted squats and more. The patented Smith bar is fully integrated into the weight stacks and counter-balanced for effortless transitions between exercises. Built with two 165lb weight stacks the FT2 PRO’s unique weight multiplier system allows you to double the resistance on the Smith Bar (up to 350 lbs) for more intense workouts. It also comes with 6 shelves to store dumbbells, kettlebells and more in this compact machine.
