Your decision is SO valid. I stopped playing genshin when fontaine just came out cuz I have my exams coming up and I realized I spent too much time genshin. Despite playing so much I never felt satisfied so yeah I really like your roblox content, I played a lot of the horror games you recommended with my friend it was super fun ;D
I totally agree with you, to be honest I subscribed when I watched your Genshin content because I found you entertaining. But it’s you, not the game. I really appreciate you being honest because I was kind of wondering why you stopped posting Genshin content lol. But I really understand what you mean. I quit playing before this summer and just got back into it maybe a month or two ago. A break is really really nice and when you come back you start enjoying the game again. But recently I have kind of felt dragged down again, so I’m not forcing myself to play it and taking my time easing my way back into it.

What I do is literally play when I want to play. That way I don’t have to play it like a chore. Also I took a 6ish month break and even made a new account. Don’t overwork yourself !! 💞💞

Yea i quit too a few months ago. I started playing because it was like a scape. I loved mondstadt and how envolving it was. But the more you play, you realise how boring it actually is, 90% of the quests sucks ass. If you wanna get a character you have to spend a ton of money or enter the game every day to do a bunch more of boring and annoying quests. Then, when you finally get the character you want, you have to spend a ton more of time trying to get artifacts wich SUCKS SO MUCH and we all know that. At this point this game was more of a chore and i hate fucking chores!!! The only thing that kept the cool enviroment in the game and making it good was the visual quality and how good the main quest can be. We all wanted to follow the story and be there to see how it ends. But to do so, you have to do so much boring and annoying things!!! This game failed at being fun!!!!! 90% of genshin was just me stressing over daily quests and events and making my laptop burn.
i still play genshin but this is so real- when i log onto genshin, i immediately close it because i literally have nothing to do 😭😭😭 artifact farming, dailies, getting primogems/fates, etc, all of it is so hard to do because i never have the motivation to do that 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
You are Absolutely right. To sum up, Genshin Feels "Repetitive" and like "A chore". They have one content pattern every patch "Archon Quest -> Pulls New Char -> Grind New Artifact (Really Depressing due to Worst RNG) -> 4-5 patches of dailies, mini games,... till new region is released." P.s: It is good for your mental health😂 when you drop this game. I still stick to the game because of Xiao, Itto and Cyno. I dont care about exploration or world quest anymore😅 and instead, I just mainly play Spiral Abyss or and do Archon Quest.

To be honest, I have never heard anyone explain something so well- I love Genshin, and I started because loads of content creators I viewed began playing which grabbed my attention. If I'm being honest, I think I spend way to much time playing on my phone grinding the Fontaine Archon quests at AR 45. I do think that I enjoy the game because of what you can explore, but the amount of resources needed to level characters is literally the reason I barely finish the quests at the end of the day before I need to go to bed, and no, I will NOT spend an entire 24 hours to finish the last 3 Archon quests. It is WAY to much of a hassle. I would like a button where you can maybe get an AI to do the battles for you when your afk, or a skip button where you can skip to the last piece of speech or just completely skipping it all. Personally I also agree with what you saying about there's to much. You see, I want to finish all events while also completing Archon quests as well, but going back and forth makes me just want to smash my screen. I feel like they seriously need to slow down with the produce of areas.. The Desert Of Hadramaveth is literally the first 3 regions of Fontaine had released altogether combined! It literally just makes things 10x more stressful..

I really liked your channel when you were still playing gesnhin, and i loved it, I fully respect your decision righ now, because everyone has their ''genshin break'', because sometimes you just don't have the time to do things, I still like and play genshin but i had breaks before, and, if you are planning to get back onto genshin, I reccommend maybe playing only on some days, for example, I just play on the weekends because of my shool and stuff, and it's so nice because when i open it, there's just a lot of things to do! And then things just don't get repetitive and I am constantly enjoying the game, but take your time, theres no need to rush, I will still like your content and I like Roblox too! no cause i’m try to get accession 2 or 3 (idk) to go past lvl 35 but it’s such a hassle and it’s not really worth it to me so i’ve just been taking a long break cause there’s nothing else for me to do besides the actual fun events

This is why I am only after the old characters. By the time I even obtain enough primos, new-new characters emerge. It is not only practical, but easier to upgrade fewer 5 stars rather than multiple of them. I'd rather pull for the ones that I am emotionally invested in, than doing so for the sake of meta. I like Genshin Impact, but I prefer only playing it from time to time, not constantly. I guess what makes me different from other players... is that I am not really going anywhere, anytime soon.

for me genshin ended in update 3.0, when inazuma ended the whole direction of the game changed. Inazuma was a gateway to a darker story, but when I see what's happening now, I don't want the game to strike a more serious tone. He prefers to please younger audiences...
it does fee like a chore because the reward system sucks! you can grind for artifacts for hours and get bad artifacts and wishing! you won't feel satisfied unless you put money into it!

Because you probably star late in Genshin Impact and are overwhelmed by content, just do it in your phase. While I agree that genshin needs to improve in rewards like opening chests and other stuff to get people motivated to play the game more.
