If you end up making trout cake sandwiches later, remember it's really easy to go overboard with the onion's in the trout cake mix. Remove the string's from the celery stalks and that will improve the taste also. I always get rid of the string's even if I'm making a stew or roast.

I’ve also done the same thing at a place in Indianola Iowa where they will come and stock trout!!! Me and my better half was there the day that the truck came and stocked the lake!!! We both caught are limits in under a half hour and was gone while everyone else that was there couldn’t catch one at all!! We definitely had a blast doing it also!!! Always been a huge fan of trout with the progresso Italian bread crumbs, and then stuff it with the lemons slice. And home made tartar sauce is straight fire as it is, cant go wrong with that
Keep that Worcestershire sauce and add equal amounts of that and A1 steak sauce and Heinz 57 steak sauce. Add Lawry's seasoned salt, garlic salt and pepper. Marinate your filet mignon for about an hour before you put them on the BBQ. Be sure and give me a call about an hour before they are ready. 😉
