I went to an art fair yesterday specifically looking for 8x10 prints for the frame I use at my work station. There were some lovely prints there but no one was selling standard 8x10 prints so I didn't buy anything.
It’s different from shows vs online, and the expense needs to be figured into your price. This is something I teach and can explain in depth in my Art Academy.
This is going to sound corny as hell but work with me here - the reason why I clicked on your video is because we both share the last name Lizotte and I'm an artist too!
I have a theory there is one Lizotte family per town. I have met a lot of Lizotte’s out there when I do my shows and none of them are aware of each other. Nice to meet you Kim! 😄
That's great to hear! Keep getting your art out there and sharing it. Don't be afraid to experiment with what you make and how you present it to find out what works.
Limited edition prints is when you print a specific number of prints of an original and no more afterwards. These prints must be signed, numbered, and dated a specific way. Here's a tutorial I have on my website on how to sign a print that explains a little about limited vs unlimited: www.tracylizottestudios.com/tutorials/how-to-sign-a-print

That’s crazy! So many artists miss seeing the opportunity to offer standard size prints of their art. This is a perfect example!
Thank you!
You're welcome!

How do you package your prints ? Backing board, clear envelope ? Is this part of the cost of the print ? Thanks very much !!!

How do you do limited edition if youre doing POD?
For most PODs you don't.
What and how do you define "Limited Prints"?
