Burt's Bees is $4, in the US which is 4X72= INR 288. INR 1000 is daylight robbery!
I mean importing and India’s taxes on imported items is also quite a bit

If a person already lives in the US it makes sense to pay $4 because one also earns in US $s but when in India one might as well just use less priced item. I think Burt's is no better than plain petroleum jelly to be honest.

So true... when I was living in India, I always wanted to buy eos lip balm but it was too expensive.... but now that I’m in Canada and using eos lip balm, I don’t even understand what all that hype was about and it’s so cheap here

This is soo good... She swears by the products she loves but also gave an apt review of the products ... This is what is expected from an influencer or a blogger... Unlike malvika... Who refuses to even try drugstore products and even show us the difference, for us to make an informed decision

i think she did a drugstore makeup video recently, but a lot of those are also pretty expensive. some beauty/ skincare/makeup bloggers who arent as famous actually have nicer videos that look at actual drugstore makeup

This Sasti Behen sounds disgusting as a phrase. Its like you're looking down upon brands, as if you're the only one who can afford all your expensive products. Sorry, just a general observation.
Sherry you should make more of such episodes for different categories. Infact having a FB group to discuss products would be great! It's very difficult to find trusted products. You are one influencer I can trust with my eyes closed..
In my personal opinion that shade of lip balm is very common every brand has one, what makes Burt's Bees unique for me is the formulation and how it feels on the lips, I find the body shop vitamin e and hemp balms to be very close in texture. Also for the Clinique dupe would have loved a look at the ingredients in both as well to see if it's just the texture that's similar or the composition too. Really did enjoy the concept. I use Lotus lip balm(using it for yrs) and love it...Baby lips give color to lips but don't makes lips that soft which I need so Lotus it is for me
Great series! Could you try to find a sasti behen of ANR? I've heard so much about it from you but it's pretty unaffordable!
You don't need to buy ANR I bought ANR in nykaa pink Friday sale for 6500 which had 1 30ml bottle and 4 small bottle and using it for past 5months every ALTERNATE night ( considering its expensive ) but honestly no visible changes in skin yet.. I have finished 5 7ml bottles.. innisfree green tea seed serum which in sale you get 1900 for 160ml bottle is much better and hydrating and cost effect
@@garima1987 yess! Innisfree sleeping masks are really effective. It's helped smoothen my skin and the tub lasts for a really long time too!

Loved the series ! Other than cosmetics and beauty products you can try dupes for electronic gadgets (FOREO LUNA 2 please ! ) , cooking ingredients (can be very pricey at times)
When you were trying the etude house tint and you mentioned Baboon's bum that had me going 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I use the oil (yellow label) version of the Garnier micellar water!! It's amazing!! The normal one is bad!! If it's just a little tint/blush, gloss, eyebrow then it's fine!! Otherwise don't use this one!! Even kajal is tough to remove with the normal one!!

You want dupes.. go to a dermatologist and have her prescribe medications.. all of them are cheaper and free of flax seeds /lead.. for example, my eye doctor prescribed a vitamin E tube that is super cheap instead of expensive serums.. but love the videos.. super useful

I wanna share my experience, so I have combination skin and tried various moisturizers the only moisturizer I love is the body shop vitamin E gel moisture cream but it is quite expensive so recently found out new ponds super light gel, OMG there is literally no difference. In fact I like the ponds over bodyshop not because of the price bt the ponds one sets so well in my skin and doesn't feel like to reapply the it the whole day.

How can you even think of the Dermafique moisturizer as similar to clinique moisture surge! The Dermafique has such a sharp perfume. No way you can use it on the face!! No way! The Clinique moisture surge is so gentle, you can apply it all over your face including near the eye area without a worry. Doesn't sting or burn even on top of the eye lids. Sorry no way can you use the Dermafique the same way.
Nuetregena hydro boost water gel is also a great dupe for Clinique moisture surge

I always thought high end products are better in quality but in my skincare journey high end products really damaged my skin I got crazy Iike really really crazy breakout but surprisingly enough now that I stopped using high end products my skin got a lot lot better, please keep in mind if something breaks you out even if it’s high end it’s not good after a lot recommendation from dermatologist now I have simplified my skincare and it only cost me under 2k for everything now my skin is doing so much better 😊
It’s ridiculous that burt’s bee lip balm is Rs 1300 in India. It’s a drug store product in the US and is around $9 for a 4 pack. Don’t get why it’s so expensive in India.

But Dermafique has fragrance! Clinique rip-off, cheap colours and fragrances. Better to use EMOLENE from the chemist, it’s just like the Clinique dramatically different hydrating jelly, lightweight and completely water based even good for oily skin

There was huge sale going on nykaa and i brought bioderma 100 ml bottle in 150 rupees and i love it....and i also get bioderma water proof tester size bottle free....now I'm thinking why i didnt get bigger size that was on 299 rupeess....but i like bioderma it was less harsh but i dont wear much makeup...

I had a small suggestion to make. The micellar water by Simple is a much better dupe for Bioderma, than Garnier, in my opinion.
Simple does not burn my eyes, like the Garnier one did. Besides, Garnier does not work on waterproof makeup, whereas simple micellar water does.
Do give it a try!

Burts Bees lip Balm on Amazon are fake... The packaging looks very similar and Deceiving... I bought paying the same price as it is on Sephora... but got a fake one
