I’m not a broccoli guy, at all, but I’d eat this, with all those other ingredients/flavors going on. Always a treat to see a Wednesday cooking/food video. This notification popped up in my feed and I was like “curly girl is cooking again!” 😂 Such a pretty dress on you. I kept looking for sweet Sophie baby to make one of her cameos! ❤🐈

I have made Beef and Broccoli in the IP. This looks way more easy! An I did use vegan broth and soy sauce in low sodium. Will have to do look for soy curls at my local Health store. Thanks for sharing and hope you enjoyed!
I like the sauce you made…will try that. I use soy curls frequently and I’ve recently made canned zucchini pineapple that I add to stir fries. The recipe comes from a Canadian site Healthy Canning and it’s a great way to use up extra garden zucchini. Love all the recipes you share Adelina😊
Oh that looks so good I used to drink soy milk, eat todu cuties , Willow Arun soy margarine. My kids would even eat sliced, raw tofu Unfortunately all the soy attacked my thyroid and I wound up with a benign nodule I found the book The Whole Soy Story I even had a sister-in-law who had to have her thyroid removed after a year of soymilk and soy margarine I really miss the soy especially with a dairy
This looks absolutely delicious! I do stir fry very similarly (is that a word?😊) and use the bags of frozen stir fry veggies. It's cooled down here and I hope you get some relief from the heat soon, too.
Adelina, this looks so delicious. Actually yesterday I made your famous IP lasagna soup, its always a hit. I missed seeing Sophie, but noticed on your desk area how well your houseplants are doing. You must have a green thumb, not me.
I think I picked up my long measuring spoons at Lee Valley. I think closest to you is Victoria so not sure how often you make that way, however they do mail order online.
It wouldn't be a good video,if you didn't make a little bit of a mess.😂. Also could you have pored your spice in the spoon? Have a good rest of the week.
It looks deliciously yummy!😊 Hope you’re having a great day.
😊
Adelina that looks really good!!!
😁

She was buried in the quilt as usual 😊.
Im subscribed to the channel but never get a notification. But its Wednesday, so I always check to see a new delicious recipe.

Thank you, yes I did have notifications off.
Looks delicious! Can’t wait to try it! 😊

love soy curls - buy them in the big box. This looks delicious and I will most certainly try it out.
I buy them in the big box too, will sure make this recipe.
I hope you like it.
Yum, Adelina. Going to have to look for those Butler Soy Curls. Looks delish and I love sesame oil & toasted sesame seeds. Oh my!🫠
LOL, yes toasted sesame seeds go on a lot of things here too. 😁

Not really but the light is just so good here they grow despite my lack of skill 😁.

Ah I am not a soy fan but that looks delicious 🤤 I’m hungry now mummy ☹️
😁
Could you use tofu in place of the soycurls❤
Sure, I think extra firm tofu would work. I would give a good long marinade first.

I'm keeping my eyes open for long measuring spoons 🤓😁.
just wondering why it’s not called “Soy curls and Broccoli”? I mean, after all it’s not Beef. 🤔🤷♀️
Because I'm trying to show an option for something familiar. 🤷🏻♀️😊
found another brand at Walmart
I also found a brand of soy chunks at WM. I haven't tried them yet. How do they compare?
