I changed out my rear passenger side actuator and my door will lock but not unlock, any suggestions?

My crew cab 2005 Sierra back door won’t lock or unlock but won’t open on top of that

I have a Silverado 2006 and both of my rear locks not working, can be a possibility that my actuators not working. How can you know if they are not working already change the relays but still nothing
