Thank You keep up the great videos.
Here’s a helpful tip: I buy the regular lasagna needles, and you can SKIP the entire boiling process. Just cover your lasagna (after you’ve layered it completely) with foil... I usually bake mine for 45 min with the foil on, and then take the foil off for another 15 min. The moisture from all the other ingredients, causes the lasagna needle to be perfectly cooked and you can skip the boiling process all together.😉👍🏼

Lasagna my favorite😊. Don't know if you've made stuffed shells before but it's pretty much with that same cheeese blend with the ricotta, mozzarella, Monterey and a bit of parmesan. Bomb!!!! Thank you baby jesus for the wooden spoons.😊😊😀😀
