So I'm just randomly binging your videos. And when I saw those Bible Story books, I had a recollection that I saw the same artwork on the spine of some books on a FB post. The seller took the pictures with a potato so I couldn't make out what the book titles were to search them. But when I saw your video I said "those are the books!". I'm going to try to buy them now.
Hey I’ve been following your channel and I gotta say it’s incredible that a business like this is possible. It motivates me to pursue this and it looks really fun. Thanks for sharing!
You should talk about how long you have to sit on items before they sell. That could be a huge consideration for someone interested in reselling but not having a lot of space to store lots of inventory.
I look forward to your videos more than any other TH-camr's videos - and this one was one of the best yet! Thanks for the inspiration and ideas, Wick! ☺️
High 5 ! Thanks for showing what sold,, now I feel really bad,, lol. My great stuff is selling very slow,, and I’m reducing prices ! That WHIP,, HOLY TOLEDO $30 ! I got great keens,, not selling below what you got for them.. what’s the deal ???? 😳 Congratulations! Thanks again,, amazing inspiration,
Oh my, now I am binge watching.. I already have so much stuff but it is all like 1800's to about 1960's. All this stuff you are showing I now need to learn.. Seems I have always loved thrifting before I became a seller.. seems I just like stuff. A organized hoarder here. Now alittle out of control because I have been digging everything out from attic and basement.. 😁 My hubby is going to divorce me if I leave it like this that much longer... Any tips..
Wow, epic sales! I could only dream of that many sales! You’re amazing 🤩. May I know if you test the pre-owned thermostat? How would you test it? Thank you and I really appreciate your videos and your reply.
I did not test it. It was an open box return and the rest of the packaging was not opened to install it. I do fully test items that are pre-owned and come from thrift stores and garage sales, though. If I don't or can't test them, I disclose it in the description.
I usually use the free priority boxes, not necessarily the flat rate boxes because they are typically higher. I have my own boxes for first class mail and heavier items that's cheaper to ship UPS, Parcel, or FEDEX.
Does anyone here have a goodwill near them that have any items like this. If you do is it a regular goodwill or more of a warehouse goodwill. I see nothing close to this anywhere near me.
Wick - I noticed you showed 1 pair of shoes in their shoe box. I've heard you say in other videos that you normally don't sell/ship shoes in their box to save on weight for shipping. Curious - how do you determine when to sell shoes with their box? Thanks in advance!
It really depends. Some shoes (like Jordan's) the boxes can be worth a $100 by themselves. So, people will pay more when there's a box. It also depends on the size of the box. If I can fit it inside a priority mail shoe box or large priority box, I may opt to sell it with the box. A lower end pair of shoes with a large box, I'll probably just ship without.
@@oejoebro33 I will tell you how I started learning what to buy 30 years ago....I went to the mall and went to the most expensive stores and looked for the most expensive items. I learned what they looked and felt like. Quality has a look and feel. I memorized brands as well. Good quality items are marked in special ways. 1 rule: It will have the brand marked 3 times or more. Good brands rely on brand recognition. You gradually build up your knowledge one product at a time. You already know more than you think! Buy what you know first and expand from there.
I would love to live in USA and make living with this kind of hustle. So difficult here in Europe, especially when in Spain where I live are no yard sales 😔
@@skyttleswolfmd1206 it's the culture, people do not really buy or sell second hand stuff and it has created the culture where Ikea and cheap clothes are popular. They have a saying in here that only the dirt poor buy second hand and it's just really dumb attitude

He may be sitting on it but spending really nothing on it.

Thank you so much! I'm glad you are enjoying them.
Really impressive video Wick. The fact that you had all these treasures on hand tells me what I already figured. You are a hoarder my friend :)
It’s surprising what people pay for these, how exciting! I agree about the LL Bean, I sold a backpack for good money…I cleaned it out tho
Ahh the mad balls, loved those as a kid!
Thanks, Wick...another great video, awesome presentation!🏆👏👏👏👏👏
This is great stuff, all others channels are like sell clothes, and ugh I just can't. I have zero fashion sense and a wardrobe from goodwill.
Good stuff Wick.
Great flips 🔥💥🔥
Good idea for a video. 101 too none of that lil ole 100 crap
Houston never will, but needs to adopt these more likable thrift prices. Lol

Probably just need that right person looking for the style and size. Sometimes it takes a unicorn to sell shoes.

lol best tip is to get the stuff under control as soon as possible or you'll end up like me... stuff everywhere and it not organized well.

@@FlippingJunk how r u getting such high shipping costs i always use free shipping so my prices are competive
Northeast Indiana Goodwill has hardback for $4.99 and up... SMH
Do you primarily use the free usps flat rate boxes or other options? I'm VERY new to this and still learning alot. thanks

Xbox 1 for 20 bucks , was they crackheads?

Can you ship video games such as an xbox 360 game and movie DVD’s with media mail?
DVD-yes, video games-no

@Flipping Junk Good info. Really appreciate it! 👍🏻
So how did you find out which character you heard from the monster high? I’ve got a bunch I have no idea what their names are. thanks in advance
Use google lens. You can narrow it down better.
How do you know what to pick up when your thrifting? Do you look up prices while in the store and what do you suggest using? Thanks so much
@@helpfulcommenter yeah that’s what I usually do, I just wondered if he had a special way or something lol
I wish lol. I realize everyday how little I actually know about things.

Sure you said it before but are you doing calculated shipping?
On anything over a pound, I usually do calculated shipping.
When you say plus shipping do you mean paid shipping or free shipping
It's paid shipping. The buyer pays it.
I have 16 mad balls sealed i picked up from.an opshop in aus can't move them maybe not popular here?
Maybe? I can't imagine why they wouldn't sell.
@@FlippingJunk I thought I was on a winner lol
interesting
What is you ur eBay seller name? Thank you
I don't post it publicly due to spam issues. You can pm for it, though.
Did you get in any type of punishment on amazon for the thermostat return? Just wondering, great job on the vid
No, just a return from the buyer.
Do you promote all your items
Not all of them, but I do one percent on many, and it seems to generate sales.
Very cool video Wick. Hey, can I have your eBay store name please?
You can PM for it
$20 for the xbox one?? dangggg
Didn’t see any Pokémon cards
