I think xiaomi makes more sense to buy because it is value for money. I bought xiaomi 12 pro for 53k 8/256 noir black in offline. Bro i heard xiaomi 12 pro main camera after slow motion video it accumulate fog inside, is this issue in your xiaomi Or not , in my case no issue.
Pro's: 1) flagship grade camera specially all three rear.
2) best display you compare it with s22 ultra.
3) good design very well weight balance
4) miui on xiaomis flagship is on another level compare to xiaomi midrange or budget phone
5) I am not game lover but performance is best no bug no gitter very smooth.
6) 0% to 100% in 21 min in my case which is mind blowing.
Con's: 1) battery backup is average 5.5 hr sot, for normal usage it good it sustain for a day but for heavy users would charge at evening but good thing is fast charging.
2) selfie camera is not so good decent but not flagship grade need improvement specially hdr
3) no ip rating
4) it heat 🔥 on heavy usages but not on normal usage which is problem in all 8 gen1 device.
Conclusion: if your budget around 50-55 k you looking for Android then shut your eye's and go for it I am extremely happy with my xiaomi 12 pro.
Finally, someone with a sense to go for Xiaomi 12 Pro. I'm happy to read this long thread from you. 😃

@@thebhavikdave9099 bro go for it. I heard fog issue in xiaomi 12 pro but fortunately in my unit there is no issue. If any unit has fog issue then capture 4k60fps video for 30 min non stop then this issue never formed later.

RIP in advance. Features on paper is bullshit, practical useful things matter alot. Xiaomi heats up really 🔥 and fast. Camera fogs up in a minute once you start shooting video in 4K@60fps. Battery also drains faster.
Xiaomi knew all these in advance. So what they did?
1) no return or refund once purchased. Only replacement. So once u get camera issue, you cannot get your money back. As u can't return the phone even if u want to return.
2) give fast charger in box as the battery drains faster. Its like preferring cure than prevention. The number of charging cycles what they show as 1600cycles on average for the battery is not at 120W fast charging. Keep this point in mind. Batteries shed soon with usage of 120W in a year or two. So get ready to take extended warranty for ₹6k more.
3) marketing vapour chamber cooling system for the heat it develops. Same as point (1), you can't return the phone anyway.
If you love your money, get S22 Ultra, Vivo X80 Pro or iPhone 13 or wait for some more time for new phones to launch with better improvements rather running behind features. Quantity is nothing when there is no quality. I got Xiaomi 12 Pro for 40k after exhanging my old Vivo V9. So, for me, it's like jitna money utna phone. But if u r spending more than 40k on this phone, better avoid it.

I bought mi 12 pro after one week unfortunately I used the phone while raining, display got damaged then I send it to service centre I have to pay 20000 for display and other things...very bad experience with mi 12 pro .. you should buy ip rating phone in this budget.

Bro you are wrong about display refresh rate.. the display is LTPO panel, meaning it has a dynamic refresh rate being able to go as low as 10hz and as high as 120hz. Not 1hz to 120hz.. and other thing is face id of iphone 13 . Face ID uses a "TrueDepth camera system", which consists of sensors, cameras, and a dot projector at the top of the iPhone display in the notch to create a detailed 3D map of your face. And xiaomi 12 pro use normal front cam. For face unlock which is not safe as iphone 13
