Even though it's highly unlikely you find yourself in this situation in a sim, it's still important to know how to fly and land your aircraft in the event of an engine flame-out.
As soon as you loose your engine (or reach 40nm from the runway threshold - STP1 in this training -) :
    - Maintain 5/6° AOA as long as you need to reach the point where the runway threshold is on a 11° slope.
    - At this point, start your descent with your flight path vector on the runway threshold and manage your energy to lower the L/G around 2000ft AGL and below 270kts.
    - Don't flare too quickly or you'll bleed all your energy and slam you jet on the ground. After the flare, let the jet bleed some speed above the runway until you can land it normally.
