Great video and thanks for specifying the proper ohms for sensors as well as the copper wire around the defrost coil.

Thanks for video. I have same samesung model made january 2016. Fridge frozen milk and vegetables. Do I have to replace both black and white sensors ? Whats the number for the white sensor please?

Thanks for posting, I have the same model and same problem, will try to fix it tomorrow. BTW: do u have the correct model number of the sensor that u replace inside the panel?

      I've got this one: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001DPPR5O/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
but ended up soldering old connector.

Hello thanks for your post i do have an opposite problem my fridge not cooling at all every time i low the temp from the front panel it doesn't keep the same temperature but the freezer is working fine only the top not cold do u think it is the sensor problem?

I would start with the sensor. Measure resistance first and then you'll see if it's faulty.

Hi. Does your fridge still work with this sensor replacement? I have same fridge model, same freezing problem. Please reply. Thanks

Thanks, but how did you remove the bottom shelf?

    • @SolarEngineering

there one or two bolts on each side that holding the bottom door to the rails. Remove these bolts and then detach the bottom door.

Is it same part number for both temp sensors or they are different?

I've got the same sensors and just soldered them to existing connectors.

Thanks! My problem started with reduced cooling, freezing up of the coil area so I fixed my Samsung fridge by doing two things. First this - th-cam.com/video/ZuPwxRuhlYk/w-d-xo.html
and second by changing the temperature sensors as described in your very helpful video.
All seems good now. Thanks for posting your video.
