You and a friend both mentioned this at about the same time. I ended up looking through GW's site and you're absolutely right. They work very well as proxies for the Eversor, Culexus, & Vindicare Assassins, all Imperial Agents. I'm not sure if you can take them as allies. I personally wouldn't put them in my list because they just aren't my style. Yet I say that as I'm working on six Bullgryns and three Ogryns, so I may just be a big hypocrite. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction though!
so those minis look like they came out of a combat patrol box, thus the photocopied instructions. it seems like you are getting 100$ at full msrp so what ever the price is without discounts. but those handles are 10 to 15 and 5 resin minis is not worth 35$ not good value for money. if it was 2 units out of a combat patrol and some resin minis i could see it.

Pretty certain those Heresy Labs minis are proxies for the standard GW Imperial Assassins. (Hence not quite matching the Guard esthetic.)
