I could also see the plastic cups being used for laboratory applications.Blendtec shows this device on one of their videos-used with the 885.The device has a stand to hold it upright while the ingredients are loaded into the plastic cup.then the blade assembly is screwed on.Then the whole device is inverted and put into the 885 blender.Their device they showed was for commercial use.
Is that O-ring on the blade base replaceable? Mine has formed some black spots on it, and I’m afraid it might be mold. I can’t soak or scrub or bleach them out. If replaceable, do you have a part number?
I was thinking about adding this to my Blendtec... .but my smoothies are 1 cup liquid, 1/2 fruit and like 3-4 cups spinach .... would that fit in the Go Cup?
To be honest I am not a fan of disposables. For some purposes they could be helpful-IE a party or commercial use.For home usage just use the reusable 20 oz container.
I don't understand the point of putting a disposable cup in there. If you are making a single serving, blend it in the jar you paid for that comes with a sealing lid and drinking spout. If you have a party blend a full batch in the full-sized blender and then pour it into the cups after. Blendtec tried to leverage something however, it seems like a useless gimmick.
Andrew Madison one thing is no clean up. You can take the disposal cup on the go and throw it away. A disposable size cup is small for me, I need more to fill me up.
damasterg, you will still need to clean the blade assembly by putting detergent and water into the regular container and running it through a clean cycle. So, in this sense, nothing is really accomplished by using the disposable container except the need to make two batches if serving two people.
pReMiuM cHocOlaTe SaUce ok Henry, lemme tell it to you straight: theres no such thing as "premium" chocolate sauce from a bottle except the higher price. Its all the same sugary syrupy stuff. Please stop saying "pReMiUm" because its really not. thank you for the blender review. it was interesting to see it being blended in the disposable cup.
Ah, thanks for watching and your well appreciated feedback. The bottle definitely is labeled Premium Chocolate Sauce however. I have tested it against Hershey's syrup and in my opinion Hershey's is not even close. 😊
I love that great! We all love convenience
I haven't seen you for awhile! Glad you're back 🤗
Just got a designer 725. Its going to be Awsome.

Wow that's so cool! ThaNks for sharing Henry. Been waiting for this one.
You're very welcome Bluesocks! I had received a great of requests about it. 🙏🏾
Everything looked so yummy especially the frappe!
Thank you 😋
Okay, I liked you and was grateful to you for showing the answer to my question. I absolutely LOVE you for showing a VEGAN frappe!!! Bless you!
You're so welcome! Thanks for watching, and if you haven't done please be kind and subscribe! 😊
Thank you for the info on the go cup
That frappe was dessert in a cup. It looks delicious.
Thank you so much! It really was quite yummy. 😀
Hey Henry! Love your channel. Will you do another Vitamix Aer container vid with recipes. I am struggling to find things to make. Thank you!

Hi Jeff. Sorry I no longer showcase Blendtec products and no longer have their products to verify your question.

This is great you guys!
I wish you would have added more actual recipes as you do for all the other reviews, inside the cup provided, not the disposable plastic ones 😔
Someone ought to make non-disposable cup inserts that use the whole capacity at a fraction the cost of the blendtec jar.
I have a single wall, but if they make a double wall, that’s an excellent idea
So When did you jump ship?
Haha, I haven't jumped ship. Just making sure my viewers get reviews of different products so they may make an informed decision.
Do you know if a mason jar fits on this adapter?
It's doubtful. Never tried it. Often companies make proprietary fittings.
Great Idea... I want this for A Vitamix...!!!
Greg
Henry have anyone told that you sound like Terry Crews 😅😂
Ha! I haven't heard that one. 😂

Exactly! You already know they are charging a million bucks for it anyway, then they want to additionally purchase disposable cups. No thanks.
Probably so you can make different drinks for everyone. A big batch means everyone gets the same thing.
Precisely the point. Thanks for posting. 😊

I own a Cuisinart blender with plastic gears, and I make too many smoothies and it doesn't show wear :)
It's not about plastic, it's about the quality of the plastic.
👍👍
Great accessory but at hundred bucks is it worth it. For me it a pass.

But is this premium chocolate sauce dairy free?
Yes, the one I use is 100% dairy free. I have seen other premium chocolate sauces that contain dairy.
