I got mine a few days ago. I think it came from the same shop in Ginza! Had to go through the entire checklist to be sure it wasn't a fake. :)

I got mine a few days ago too, I got on the Seiko website and typed in the serial numbers engraved on the back and mine showed up instantly. I got mine off Amazon and it said it was from SeikoUSA. It looks so much better wearing it and seeing it in person. I love mine

Yes that’s correct. Also, some variants come on bracelet and some on straps.
