My Stroganov was missing punchboards. Rumor mill says they had a lot of production issues but I'm very anxious to play it. I see Yukon Airways on your shelf, I love that game and think it's overlooked.
I love Whistle Mountain! So much variability in the box and great dynamic game play with fairly quick turns. I also love It’s a Wonderful World so I will check out Kingdom. I think IaWW aid nice for larger groups as it is drafting so I do wonder about I need IAWK for 2 player alone. Thanks for the reviews!
Wow! I own "It's a Wonderful Kingdom" and "Whistle Mountain" and they are great games. Stroganov and Hippocrates look really interesting and I'm sure without your video I would not have taken a look. Thanks for the suggestions I will check them out.
So what happens if you don't roll any 1s? Because, I am pretty terrible at rolling anything I need in any dice game. Also, love the content, my Eurogamer heart always enjoys your takes on games!
@@JohnPeterBrekke haha, I have failed many times and with many cool dice, including Quantum, King of Tokyo, Seasons, Risk, my DnD dice (somewhere around 200 of those), Sagrada... Oh and three months of playing X-wing where I rolled significantly below average the entire time.
Into the blue is a great filler indeed, and table presence is amazing! Thank you for your cover
Great list of games. I adore Whistle Mountain. I am waiting on my copy of Stroganov and then I promise to talk about it.

You've sold me on Stroganoff, it looks beautiful and like something nothing else I have!
I thoroughly enjoy Stroganov! The game is amazing. :)

Kinda is the best, I love Everdell

If you don't roll any 1s in Into The Blue (great game), you don't get to place any shells on your turn :)
@@JohnPeterBrekke so I will have fun, but lose a lot got it haha
@@joshestes6427 These are very special translucent blue dice, though. They're probably much kinder than the dice you're used to :)

@@joshestes6427 You don't need to roll consistently high in this one though, the lowest number is the most important one... Maybe that'll help 😆
People are not talking about Stroganov because it has not delivered yet.
Follow the link if you want to buy a retail version like mine I guess.
@@ThisGameisBroken I kickstarted it and just waiting for the box to arrive
I'm disappointed that Hippocrates is not a game where your trying to put Hippo's in crates 😉
