The Titanic Museum is a two-story museum shaped like the RMS Titanic. It is located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and opened on April 8, 2010. It is built half-scale to the original ship. Similar to the one in Branson, Missouri, the museum holds 400 pre-discovery artifacts in twenty galleries. It is the largest permanent Titanic museum in the world.
The structure is built in a pool to create the illusion of the Titanic at sea, and the 2-hour, self-guided tour is designed to give guests the sensation of being an original passenger on the Titanic's 1912 maiden voyage.
As guests enter, they are given a passenger boarding ticket. On this ticket is the name of an actual Titanic passenger and the class they were traveling. Guests will learn the individual stories of several passengers. In the Titanic Memorial Room, they will find out whether their ticketed passenger survived.

What a great date night. Very romantic. My husband and I cried during the story about the couple who stayed together when the titanic was sinking. My husband is 67 and I'm 64. We would chose to die together too. Thanks for sharing your date with us.

See I love classical music especially live classical, I absolutely loved this video and what a great experience from the hospitality, food to your own private concert, wow that place is doing a great job, they are recreating an experience as opposed to some cheesy reenactment. I applaud the effort and Josh oh wow he makes me cry he has such an ear for music, that was beautiful ❤😭

I remember seeing the Titanic collection in St. Petersburg Florida. The tickets were $19.12 and I’ve been fascinated with it ever since. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video 😊. I’m going to go see this. I’ve not been yet. Happy Valentine’s ❤day to you both.

Ryan, that was awesome. I really enjoyed this video. I have a question: was the food that was served, actual foods from the menu on the Titanic that was served before the tragic sinking? Or was it a special menu prepared for this event? I also want to go through that Titanic Exhibition. I have been through the one in Orlando, many years ago, but this one looks to be set up differently than the one in Orlando.
Hey TCD, this was a special catered menu, not necessarily something resembling what was served exactly on the titanic.

Very odd to me, who would want to celebrate Valentine’s Day or even eat on a ship ( even if it’s just a museum ) that sunk and many people lost their life.. it’s disturbing.
I was thinking the same thing…I’ve been to the Titanic exhibit in Las Vegas and it was actually a very somber and thoughtful experience. I can’t imagine ‘celebrating’ anything in that environment 🫤

We have been to MANY museums around the world that highlight tragedies in history. We don’t know any that don’t have special events/galas. This place does everything with class & respect. Sharing the story of Isidor & Ida on board the titanic was worth the price of admission alone!
