hey, I’m from the STAYC’s fandom and would like to know if the earbuds come with the photocards of the girls. cause when you opened the box it just had the earbuds and stuff, but I don’t know if you buy that on store or pre-order they’d come with the photocards… do you know something about that?
within 3 months, these earbuds started giving massive problems. from day 1 the right earbud was always dim, and i actually thought that i was having problems with my ear. about 3 months in, the left one's volume was even lower than the right, at loudest volume. it became impossible to hear any music in a loud environment. i logged a return, and the company i bought it from immediately refunded me. so great job to onedayonly for the fast processing. however, i cannot recommend these earbuds at all. it is my second philips product that stopped working in a much shorter time span than what would be the expected life.

The ANC is so bad on these, it basically just changes the EQ. The noise it plays when you pause / play / skip is very high pitched and jarring - especially if you’ve been listen at low volume because it will play at the same volume regardless.

The microphone not working notballowing to take call or speak tried other phones it s from the device itself , i tried to reset it didn t work any tip

I envy you normal eared humans …no rubber tipped earbuds have ever stayed in my ears comfortably.
bass sounds good but high pitch opera is grainy, which is scandal, considering Xiaomi 10$ earbuds giving better sound than this.
