What a beautiful home. Personal attention to detail really shows. A labor of love for sure, even if it took 20 years to build. I hope renters appreciate this rental and treat it like their own, many hours of sweat & tears went into this property to make it what it is!
There are many grocery stores in the neighbourhood, 2 - 3 minute walk. They have everything from fruits and vegetables to bread, beer, toothpaste etc. There is also a "Fruteria" (Vegetables and fruits only) nearby. For fresh Tortilla's a Tortilleria a block away. The farmer market is every Saturday on the street around the corner. The baker stops almost every night around 10 PM on the corner next to Casa Pacifico, with Donuts and other baked goods.

This area is very safe. Lots of Canadians and Americans (and other nationalities) live in the PV area.
