Just saw Steely Dan in Fort Wayne a few weeks ago. Was amazed (and pleased) at how faithful the live performances were to the original recordings. Have loved Steely Dan since I first got Can't Buy a Thrill as one of my free album choices from Columbia House in 1972.
Rev up the motor scooters, when Josie comes home ! “……. She’ll never say, no. … She’s the best thing we’ve ever had. She’s the pride and of the neighborhood.” ... solo ….
My favorite Steely Dan tune. Strange. Nice enough solo, but I don't like the dude's guitar sound. Really drives home that Walter is gone. Hey, thanks for posting this.
It's going to be a sad day. Someday we're going to lose all of these types of real musicians. Real bands with real music. I mean I guess I'll be really really old by then, but someday the stones, the who, Steely dan, and a few other greats are just going to hang it up. And we're going to be forced to back down to a lot of the 90s and 2000 rock and roll bands. Because there's really nothing in the 80s that's anywhere near the quality that this stuff is. It's a shame. Someday it's all going to be gone.
What a drummer. This is just high quality! Thank you.
Very nice. Thanks for posting this timeless piece of excellence.

Jon is a straight up beast of a player. Just a super smart and classy player who can do anything he wants with a guitar.
GREAT VIDEO! Awesome sound quality and camera work! W.B. would be proud of Harrington's guitar work. Thank you, Rich Foster.
