Recently, I've died twice just walking around Eventide Ruins. It was insta-death with no enemies, warning, or broken physics that could be easily seen.

I've had shoulder-charge from behind on a Strike, but with a Sparrow. Guy on one of the old Mercury strikes hopped onto his Sparrow in that one Vex Corridor you could Sparrow in, and promptly sent me CAREENING into an obstacle to my death. Though, bless him, he DID stop to revive me immediately after~
