It's a reaction game where you tell the other when to start and you played it very often, but it's the others first time. It's very artificial, not realistic. Like Olympic Fencing, where you cannot score if you do not have the right to score. I reality, the first one with a rapier in his body loses. First thing when you have a ranged weapon, you never give up that advantage. You either threaten someone or you shoot from afar. Aiming at the head from a short distance is anyway a dumb idea, because you can move it rather fast and it is small compared to center mass. Just aim for the torso. It does not really matter, because a bullet will do enough damage to slow anyone down. When using hollow point, the results are bad. If you do not have the protective muscle, this will shatter your larynx and you will choke to death. It's not superhuman, but it still is a real feat to withstand this.
