I would think that at least some, if not all, of that collection was found on the house's property. Obviously, the old wallpaper wasn't found in the Thames. Super cool that place still had a thatched roof. Great video!
Wow, wow and once again wow. What an absolutely fantastic building and those pieces of furniture left me speechless. I really love tumor buildings like this so would have been jumping up and down with excitement at seeing the outside of this let alone the inside. How heart breaking it is to see this building being left to rot when it should be saved. Love your camera work and the way you took your time to show the details, all done with such respect and care! Thank you so much for sharing this incredible house! 😊
That foot warmer you found in the bedroom is like the one I had when young. My mum filled it with boiling water and I used in bed to keep warm. My mother would buy old stuff like this and I remember we had two more. Brings back memories.
Absolutely stunning building and the furniture is gorgeous to look at. Very much similar to Warwick Castle's furniture. There could well be a signature etched in the graving of the wood. So a magnifying glass would be an option if you both ever come across something like this again. Worth having a detailed look and Google search who made these wonderful well made craftsmanship. Totally awesome I'm glad I'm British 🏚️ Stay safe 🌈👍
With the stoneware hot water bottle, it was usual to wrap a cloth around them so you did not burn yourself. The old lady who lived next door to me when I was a child had one and still used it.
The dark (ebonized) Tudor revival set (sets or suites became fashionable in the latter part of the XIXth c.) furniture probably dates from the late Victorian era or the very beginning of the XXth c.. The house itself already had extensive renovation which leaves me perplexed. Good job to all of you and thank you for sharing.
The stuff in the cabinet are finds from in and around the property, seen this before in old houses, Ive been all round the country in stately homes and doing what you two lovely people are doing 25years ago but we didn't have mobile phones with cameras and we didn't have the internet and the lovely black country furniture, from the black Forest Germany and the antique Chesterfield leather chairs, the picture on the wall is of a soilder from the Great war " the first World war" I would be in heaven in there x
Beautiful beautiful beautiful! I bet this house would be so cozy in the winter especially in those cozy bedrooms with the fireplace going! Just gorgeous y’all thank you so much for bringing us along! Cheers from Sugarland, Texas ❤️
What a Grand place. Definitely a dream house. Totally in love with the place. Love the etched wood. Never heard of a roof like that. Is this what old English way to make roofs? Here in the states we haven't anything like that. BEAUTIFUL and breathtaking guys. Thank you for exploring this beauty🙏💖
There are about 60k thatched roof properties in the uk, you might see thatchers working on a roof during travels, a craftsman’s job, I’m surprised you’ve not seen classic thatched pictures on Calendars, biscuit tins or jigsaws,
Yes like the other person mentioned they are very common here - although they are mostly found in England (as opposed to Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland). The regions of England with the highest concentrations of thatched roofs would be: the South-West (e.g. counties such as Dorset, Hampshire and Devon), the East (especially Suffolk and Northern Essex) and parts of Central England (such as Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Northern Oxfordshire). I live in a well preserved medieval village in Suffolk and most of the houses in its centre are half-timbered and thatched; even some of the new builds on the edge of the village have thatched roofs (the craft really has had a *massive* comeback in the last decade or so).
Oh my goodness. If i were you. I would be finding out who owns it and figure out how to buy it. It is stunning. You may have to put up with a few things to preserve it but sooo worh it.
No one speaks of roofing ever in all Bando videos. It is the Key to all the decay. I noticed that Thatched Roofs are the most durable in preventing the leaks that fuel rot. Old tech is the best! Another smaller one was perfect except for one tiny leak keeping the house untouched by weather.
That was absolutely amazing place. I just loved every single part of the place. Again you and Jess blew me away with such a beautiful place. Thank You for another great video.
I think the collection of items which you thought is from mud lurking expeditions is probably items that were found on the property which is why they were left behind .... the former owners want the items to stay with the house and land.
I’m rewatching this video. In love with this home and the magick within as well as outside. Is this home still for sale?? Thank you for bringing a world of adventure to us who can’t see this personally!! Blessings

What a magical old house 🏚. I love 💘 everything about it. It should be saved for others to see 👀 it. It's beautiful 😍. Stay safe 🙏❤💓💙
Oh my.. The ebony carved furniture is exquisite.. Cabinet of Curiosities is so museum worthy.. I wish I could have been there with you both..
The furniture in this place is fantastic! The alchemist cabinet and all the dark wood…. Enjoyed this one quite a bit.
Wow! I think out of all the abandoned places explores I've watched this has to be my absolute fav! What a magical place! Just the sheer history of it...you can imagine all the folk who have lived there before over the centuries! Just amazing! I hope someone steps in to prevent it from decaying more, it'd be heartbreaking to leave it to rot!
I hope someone saved this beautiful home💗
You guys are constantly stepping it up a notch. I just know that you’re going to go international in body and popularity. Rock Guys You!
They should wear gloves 🧤 to avoid leaving their DNA @ Fingerprints everywhere
@@jellybeanparis584 They are on video , so no need for fingerprints .
@14:49 I went nuts when I saw the mineral/crystal cabinet. Wow what amazing finds they had 😃 really cool
Está increíble y bella casa no está habitada permanente, pero no abandonada. Luce limpia y no vandalizada
I've never seen such a magical artistic home like this before. Bravo on a great explore. Cheers!
Beautiful beautiful beautiful! I bet this house would be so cozy in the winter especially in those cozy bedrooms with the fireplace going! Just gorgeous y’all thank you so much for bringing us along!
Cheers from Sugarland, Texas ❤️
old chesterfield leather suit and the furniture, what an exquisite place
It has a converted barn look. This house is just beautiful.
Awesome find! I would love this place. Love all the wood. So cool! 💜
This house is my favorite so far. So beautiful
A true gem of a place. Just looks ready to be lived in and loved.. 🗿😎👍
What an amazing and beautiful place. Such a shame it is slipping away. Thank you Sam and Jess for sharing 😊
This is by far the best abandoned property I have ever watch, and yes it all needs to be savex
Oh my goodness. If i were you. I would be finding out who owns it and figure out how to buy it. It is stunning. You may have to put up with a few things to preserve it but sooo worh it.
A whole clay pipe bowl with original long stem... A mudlarkers dream find.
This place is featured on an episode of Restoration Home from around 2012.
Beautiful O😳 MY! I love everything about this hous🏡!!
I've seen this place explored a few years ago, it's absolutely amazing inside!
That was absolutely amazing place. I just loved every single part of the place. Again you and Jess blew me away with such a beautiful place. Thank You for another great video.
This house is just too beautiful and amazing to be left to rot away hope someone saves it 😭😭
Mate, was there a motion sensor in the house because on 8:00 a red light went off as you guys approached the area.
Yes indeed, and i the end also.
Holy cow what an amazing place to explore. My ulitimate dream is to find places like this
Absolutely blown away by this property!! The antique furniture is wonderful. Awful it's not saved 😔
My ultimate dream home! I would move in in a heartbeat.
Blessings
I Just wanna move in be great for my big family 5 rooms perfect and such a fairytale look loving it 🥰 seen this house before from another explorer but can't get enough of it and use did it well too love how u know alot about rocks to I'm a big fan of different types of rocks
Me, 7:57, having spotted the alarm pir sensor light up red - powere's on!
Sam, 11:51, tries a light switch - powers on!
Me - I said that!
The wardrobes near the kids bedrooms... NARNIA!!!!!
I love your enthusiasm and how you took your time and highlighted every nook and cranny. It was like I was taking walk through the place along with you. Too many of these kinds of videos, the person taking the video skips over all the gems you highlight. Keep up the good work and the wonderful finds.
Quite a few urbexers have visited this gorgeous house but it is always good to see a different perspective. Everyone hi lights something different 👌
Wow..what a treat, thanks sooo much for that video the place is amazing definitely a video I didn't want to end...good job guys 😀👍❤
Oh my gosh this is absolutely stunning its by far the best abandoned home I've seen ! Everything is still in place that glass unit with all the items should be taken to a local museum! Other than the mold and the fact that the roof is ruined this would make an absolutely stunning home for someone ! Its what dreams are made of ! I loved the pooh room (pooh my favorite disney film) ! .
Hi sam &Jess love your explorers I think Jess is so beautiful and brave she makes me smile when exploring keep making videos
