I'm so proud of you. I know that might sound condescending, it's not meant to. I just really appreciate your honesty and I think this channel is very helpful for you and for those of us following you, even though it may be a bit hard to do. ❤ I caught up on the last city witch episode this morning too. Have a lovely day.
thank you! it didn't sound condescending at all and i really appreciate it! i love having another outlet where i can show a different side to myself! and thanks for watching the City Witch too! hope you also have a lovely day!
as a curly haired girl all you need for a good start is just moisture moisture moisture. as someone who only started caring about it like 6 years ago all you need for a good start is to 1. never brush your hair dry (can be very damaging to the curls) always brush when its wet 2. any shampoo + conditioner works as long as its moisturising!! like any product from the food store that's moisturising can do so much good for your hair 3. i use shampoo during showers once a week because it can be very dehydrating. so a little goes a long way! and then eventually you'll expand your knowledge and maybe find some good curl-styling products along the way
ahh thank you so much for the tips! think some of my struggle as well is my hair being THICK so i get very weighed down so they drop a fair amount, but it's improving with each wash as it figures itself out i think! you're right about the thought of finding good products along the way, i need to remember i dont need to do it all at once!
@@emmalutionIRL absolutely no problem!! I’d love to see progress on your curls in your future videos, if reviving your curls is something youre interested in doing. And if you were to ask for specific products i’d love to help! (Dont wanna just tell you what to do and what to use cause finding stuff that works on your own is SO fun)
the clothes you picked out were all so cute! Love yellow! I'm glad you only got stuff that made you feel good, I have similar insecurities so I relate a lot :>
Your hair looks like it’s like mine! It’s such a pain 🤣 Since you got a haircut, your natural curl comes out especially since it’s shorter it curls more. I use a mositerizing shampoo to keep it healthy and scrunching it while it dries helps the curl come out. Also a good curl gel (I’m trying a new one rn) always helps get the curl & usually works great! I hope this helps 😊
Honestly still trying to find the right products for me! They used only curls that day, I’m not usually allergic to stuff but I very well might have been for that 😭 shame if so because it worked SO well
Maybe you could just put a key chain or key strap on the loops case? Or even one of those tracking things? That hair-dresser story sounded awful! I don't blame you for feeling anxious after that! 😨
OH i forgot about those tracking things! this pair im def leaving in the car but i might do this with my house pair, im def updating the day i find it 😂
That hairdresser story is really horrendous, so unprofessional of them both - some people just dont think about how they affect others. Glad you had a good experience this time - going early cos of traffic and crowds is very smart, I should do that 😅
@@emmalutionIRL sorry didnt mean to imply you didnt back then, just that this experience would make anyone uncomfortable and self conscious and that professionals should be cognisant of that and not speak like that

Thank you! Yeah I never wanna accumulate stuff I don’t feel confident in! Just feels wasteful as I wouldn’t see myself reaching for them!
