Nanelle,I loved how you organized yourselves in the video. You were not all over the place with the content you were pouring out. Bravo for such consistency. I watched a video of you giving agencies that recruit nurses to the US (Avant,OGP, Passport USA,etc).By special request from your boy hihi,I'd want you to do a detailed video on agencies actively recruiting to Ireland as well because of this whole red listed countries niche preventing UK agencies from recruiting from certain regions. On top of it,it would really be such an eye-opener if you could interview a colleague overseas nurse in Ireland who is well informed with the NMBI process as you are with the UK's . I think this would make nurses consider Ireland so not to only focus on the UK since it's getting too competitive and the uncertainties are vast . I seriously think this would open doors for people .I'd love it if you really do this darl! Stay safe.

London is the best area to live in the UK,though it is expensive but you will meet a lot of people,buy African stuff,getting all sort of information and connections and you can also forget buying a car when you are leaving in London because the transportation in London is fantastic👍😊,exactly just like Daniel explained and I’m married with two kids in London.

Why are you leaving though???
Scotland is cheap but it is hard I have been in here for the past 12 years.
1- Glasgow has very deprived areas social houses are not so great.
2- Edinburgh known for high level of drug related deaths.
3- No social life! It’s always raining and Grey.
4- DESCRIMINATION is a one of the main reasons we are leaving and it’s not only towards dark sling people I have foreigner friends that complaint about it too.
5- The food is tasteless
6- can be expensive to travel to other parts of the worlds comparing to England.
7- the accent is very hard to understand I have a little baby and we agreed that we wouldn’t want our child having the Scottish accent. It can creat a lot of limitations abroad as it’s hard to understands
8- very bad job market. Even when you get a decent job you will be always left with the parts no one wants to do.
9- the culture it’s drinking and drugs unless people are into it it’s a very nice place
10- very verbally violent !!!

Well there’s also cons The landscape is beautiful you do also find nice people, affordable to live and free education.

I don't know how Scotland operates and it seems that their process is very slow compare to other parts of the UK. Since March that I got conditional offer with them, I'm still in the process. After I submitted all the required documents, they started moving from one stage to the other. Later I asked about the unconditional offer letter, they said until they finish with their checks, okay. After passing all their checks, I asked about the unconditional offer letter again, they said until after they get the CoS. Last week, I sent them message again and they said they have applied for the CoS and that Home Office will also contact me that I should let them know once the Home Office contact me. So, I asked a friend if that's how they do it and she said no. But because I don't know nurses who have worked with NHS Scotland before, so I don't have much information about this which is getting me more confused right now.

Planning of moving from Cambridge to Manchester. Cambridge is just as expensive as London, I think the cost of living is way better in the west.

In London, you could be walking on the streets and you will hear someone asking another person, "menua 3te s3n?" There are shops you enter and might feel you are standing in Ghana. Great content. I'm also living in Chelmsford and training in the local hospital... lovely area and quite peaceful. I am considering to start working in London though as its more diverse and more things to explore. Infact, thats where I lived before starting uni and I'd rather a job in London. But, my gosh its expensive!
