Hello Mr Randy Graber. I watched your product video. I'm looking at possibility purchasing 2023 Open Range Roamer 264RLS. My question to you. Why are cables used on the slides rather than rack & pinion other manufactures use on their slides? Note: I'm impressed with the redesign of the bathroom and bedroom. Moved the washer/ dryer out of the bathroom, added a better shower, put the bed on the slide and added front closet with washer/dryer hookups. 100% better than before. Thanks
Hi John, great question. There are a few reasons we use cables on the slides. The cables slide seals up better with the four-corner compression. The cable slide is less weight compared to the rack and pinion slide-outs. Lastly, there are also no holes cut into the wall of the unit for a cable slide.

I just bought a new 2022 373RBS this past weekend. What did you all do different to make the 2023 capable of towing vs the 2022? Just curious if I could update mine. Thanks
Hi Tim. We spoke with our product team, and the hitch is the same rating, but they recommend you add eyelet tabs for hooking safety chains and run a four-way plug with a bracket. Thank you.
