    THAT'S MY RIG!!!
Turned the bunkhouse (better known as a mancave) into my writing office. Finished about 6 books there so far.
And yeah, we're full timers. The storage rocks, and MUCH cheaper than the Montana (which basically copied this).

    Things I like:
    1. The lower living room with the iland sink
    2. The upper half bath
    3. How secluded the master bedroom is
    Things I dislike:
    1. Less of a dislike, more of an option: I would replace one of the front living room sofas with an office table and an office chair, turning that upper living room into a wonderful workspace and the other into a bunk bed for kids. But generally, that would be an easy and inexpensive refit. And I would choose the dinette layout instead of the U-shaped couch
    2. No outside kitchen. I would sacrifice half of the rear storage for a proper outside kitchen. Camping is about being outside in the evening for me

I like this fifth wheel., my likes are the sane as yours and the sane as the dislikes. It’s very nice I live the kitchen and the bunkhouse and bedroom. All really nice. Thank you Matt, Wil, and Jen.

Searching now for a couple months, watching most of your and JD's videos along with a few others, not finding the exact one that's an impossible plan and this one...
    First.
The bunks and haulers always ruin the kitchen and or living room like this one did. BUT....
It's only the two of us. The bunk will double as her office and the living room letting the down stairs to be a dining/stretch out living room.
    2. Change out the u-shape to a free standing dinette with chairs and 2 rocker/recliners that can move.
    3. Up in the bunk/living. Replace one couch with movable recliners to position anywhere desired. Still have a cord for the power heat, massage and recline but movable.
    Matt,
Is this possible at the dealers? My thoughts?

I do like this plan. I think it would be great for multi-generational families. Grandparents in the bedroom plus adult children and/or grandchildren in the front living room. Very nice to have laundry area plumbed in. Love the special hangers for fishing poles plus the larger storage. Agreed that the tv viewing isn't great in both sofa areas

One more thing . Don't care for the long couch . I like
Table or booth not horseshoe style. And in this RV a couple deluxe recliners..lots of great storage , inside and out.
The master is not too small for me right now, but I hate to lose storage, for a w/d combo. I'm living in this thing full time. Maybe they have small combos. I'll check it out.
    I'm impressed with this
    RV. Thank y'all .

I just put a deposit down on this model…..then found this video. I needed a full size room for our preteen and had not found one in all our months of searching. So that is my number one reason and why we decided to purchase after seeing it instead of waiting now until spring. My second reason i like it is there is no outdoor access to that room or bathroom. Feels more secure. The third reason is that both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the trailer. Dislikes: I wish the bathroom was larger. Could do without the extra vanity area with the washer combo hook up to have a rectangular step in shower and I wish the master had more walking space, especially on the sides.

Plan on getting this when it comes time to upgrade to a fifth wheel, going to use the front living as a teenager's bedroom.

I see some full timers would love this. That living room could be a kids room! Ok shower is to small but Wills pic didn’t come up for tall test. It is a really nice but shower is to small.

I feel like the fifth wheels and RVs that are 3 season are set up for full timing so much more than the ones that are 4 season. This unit was unique, but for full timing, the kitchen seemed lacking counter space. I wondered if it was available with a theater seating/table and chair. Thinking maybe they could have done a little smaller front bunk with maybe just one couch and TV opposite it to add a little more space to the middle area.
My 3 dislikes - the TV position for viewing in both areas, lack of counter space, and the smaller bedroom.
My 3 likes - love the half bath up front, love the full size stove, and love the back storage.

My most favorite, and worse thing about this unit is the front half bath.
I don't like having a half bath inside the family room.
I love that the half bath is open to the kitchen.

If you look at the floorplan, you see that the half bath isn't open to the kitchen. It's only open to the front den/bunk house.

This would be better for families. There's no seating across from a tv, tiny shower, and no kitchen counter space. Interior colors are very pretty.

love your videos. hey, I have a question the other day I saw an old video on youtube where there was I believe 2011 RV that had two sets of bunk bedrooms with a little bathroom in the middle along with a big bedroom. have you ever seen one I would love to see another and the price. I'm sure others would like to also. thanks in advance.

Hi Matt and Will( and Family)🐕! Thanks Will!(for mentioning the skipping)!! 🤭 😊Nice place for a fishing rod!/Nice design and color with tri-fold cushions from theater seats!/Plenty of storage space, awesome dinette set, and nice appliances with extra refrigerator!🤔Black tank is not in a great place./Maybe they ran out of paint-for the coffee bar. It just looks that way to me./Heat ducts and of all places-the toilet area-Yikes! Not exactly sure Alright, Jen!📳

I can see how one could see this 5th wheel as a unique double living area RV, love the front executive feeling living room🤗😃, not sure if I would prefer having larger bay windows verses having those cabinets over the "J" shaped dinette area🤔 don't like the radius showers, prefer the square or rectangles shaped showers😒

Matt, how many does this actually sleep? It says four, but do the couches in front living room sleep 4? No sleeping option for middle either? That’s a huge RV to only sleep 4. Love that front room, a lot to like here, it seems like it should sleep 8-9 people fairly easily.

You need to make Will wear one of those aprons that has a bikini 👙 on it when showing inside of RV’s. It would be funny 😆 Will is our Betty Crocker of RV show people. You need to start calling him Betty from here on in

Nah. I was hoping there would be an extra room to use as an office or sewing room. I want my TV in front of me and not beside me. I think this is my least favorite floor plan ever.
You guys did a good job as usual.

Does anything matter if the shower doesn't pass????

  • @thedish61
    @thedish61 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I was disappointed in this unit.
The kitchen lacks counter space for the two main areas where you'd be working---the stove and the sink. Who wants to walk back & forth from the stove/sink to get/put/work at the coffee/taco bar?
Manufacturers need to stop installing the radius showers. There are too many floor plans that prove you can make a regular shower stall work, especially in a unit that large.
The bedroom looks cramped and there's not much storage.
    Cabinets are too dark.
    TV placements fail.
    Main bathroom toilet placement fail.
I like that there is a convection microwave, even tho' there's an oven.
    I like the residential oven.

Very nice 5th wheel. But not sure why you would want a front living room? I mean most of the time you will back into a spot and I would think you want the view out the back, not the front but that's just me.

Phenomenal for a big family. WOW! Dislike: radius shower, queen bed, lack of lighting. Like: basement storage, range, lots of room when opened. Is there storage under the J shaped sofa? Wouldn't a dishwasher be nice in a unit of this size?
