How diverse is the community, and it it prone to flooding?

Bridgeland is super diverse. Every time I’m out there touring I see tons of different backgrounds. As far as flooding there are sections of Bridgeland with a higher flood elevation than others. But the beautiful thing about buying a home built after 2017 is that the home has to built up to an elevation to withstand what happened during Harvey. That doesn’t 100% eliminate the risk but buying new is definitely a safer bet.
