For someone with 3 years of work experience in software testing and Java from India. Should they go for SAIT in Calgary or Algonquin in Ottawa if they're planning to come as a student in a 2 year Diploma course in Computer Software Development major?
Keeping in mind that they're coming for Fall 2022 and so will be graduating in 2024. What will be the Tech industry like in Calgary by that time? Is it better to still go to Ottawa for more job opportunities even with Higher house prices, etc.? Which choice is better in the long run?

Ottawa has cheaper houses than Toronto and BC of course and similar job opportunities I guess it’s better in that way
