Future Algonquin students! You are not far from Merivale Road and that's where all the major thrift stores are located. You can buy kitchen stuff, clothing, coats and basic furniture for way less.

So I had to take up a lot of loss in 2020, So i selected a place and country which will cost me less and the return will be good, Ottawa is in development phase a lot off projects are coming up here hence opportunity for growth is good ...you can even go to Vancouver that was my first opinion

What if they come to Canada on a student visa and do a masters degree in Canada do they still have to get registered to work as an architect in Canada?

You will have to search on Facebook marketplace and join Ottawa based renting groups on Facebook. Groups like clv and minto are good, but for that, you will have to rent an entire apartment.
