Why is it going to take 2 years for FDA approval? It's not a drug or some type of invasive medical procedure. Two years is an agonizingly long wait for those who are suffering from this horrible affliction.

There is some hope now. I have been dealing with early onset Parkinson's for 25 years now and I am so excited at the possibility of reducing the amount of medication that I take. And the promise of more movement and mobility is a dream come true

As a person with Parkinson's i think that the FDA will drag their feet on this as there's more profit in meds and expensive medical complicated surgery.
My husband has parkinson's. This is a true miracle for all who have it. We would like him to be able to use these gloves. He is 83yrs old. How does it help someone of his age? For how long? Lots of questions could be answered for those who are of advanced age.

This is an amazing development for people with Parkinson’s disease. I’m so happy to see it. My first contact with this condition was when I was around 6 or 7 years old, when my mother was delivering meals to a gentleman with the condition. She told me about the condition, and in language that I would understand, that it causes people to shake. Later, I worked in a nursing home and saw the extent of this condition, not just the tremors, but stiffness, shuffling walk, and dystonia, up to and including inability to swallow and severe contractures. There was so little we could do for the patients, so seeing this is going to give a lot of people a lot of hope. And it’s not another drug!
