I'm happy to see your new video. Great combo here ... and really good tips to boost the throws. Sensei, thank you for your upload and ... looking forward to the next one ( when is the time for the next!).
I loved it, I prefer osoto otoshi over osoto gari for self defense but as a taller guy in my club, I didn´t know that detail for hikite against taller guys. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Martin Man🖐️ Kodokan states that the difference between SEOINAGE and SEOIOTOSHI is whether or not the knees touch TATAMI. My SEOINAGE video also includes SEOIOTOSHI, so please check it out👍
These are both throws I have a lot of interest in developing, thank you! I noticed you mentioned that when you go for a normal Osoto, people will turn to defend. It sounds like normal Osoto is Osotogari, and this would make the Osoto Otoshi a good follow up to stop their defense then?
Please watch and try again and again. It's not something you can do quickly and easily, but please do your best. If you want, please send me the video and I will advise you🖐️

Why is the hikite pulled down when throwing but in uchi komi, the hikite is pulled up ?
Thanks Judokax🖐️
It is raising HIKITE to the top for awareness.
In randori, it goes down because the opponent is resisting.
Harai-goshi ?😤
@sergiocarvalho226 Yes.
