I love your color combination here! This month I've been loving a bottle of ink that a friend sent me - Kobe #22 Shinkaichi Gold. It goes on a sort of corroded green color and dries gold; reminds me of black-eyed susan flowers or the color of green leaves that have started to fade to yellow, with lots of shading. Perfect for autumn. My favorite autumnal orange is Dominant Industry Ginger Chicken - another great shading ink.
The way you describe Kobe #22 makes it sounds very interesting, definitely need to try that ink someday! And I've heard many good things about Ginger Chicken, it looks beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
@@Adventuresover40 This one not at all, at least not in my extra fine nibs. I have some scented inks from Diamine and Herbin that are more or less unusable with how much they feather.
Ooh I didn't know - the label only mentions Barock. Really impressed with this ink, maybe I should dive into Octopus Fluids inks a bit more. Thank you for watching and for your comment 😊
beautiful colours! Autumn is my favourite season also but tragically we are heading into spring here in AUstralia. Spring is fine but I do hate summer! 🌞☀🌡🥵 Thank you for sharing your lovely Parisian palette x
I put my sample of Rouille D'Ancre in a pen for the first time this week. It's so pretty! I love all of the colors you chose. Fall is my favorite season. I love the colors and the cooler weather.
Lovely choice for the season - I was thinking perhaps Vert Empire by Herbin would be your green choice - but the muddy grass worked perfectly. I will have to also take a look at the second ink - the Rooftops one - These colors in the Take A Note A5 planner will be beautiful - with the pallet that is already in the planner!
Ooh Vert Empire would've been a great pick! I picked up the new Lamy AL-star in Sage and maybe I'll ink that one up with Vert Empire. Thank you for watching! 😊
Beautiful choices. I have been wanting J Herbin rusty anchor, but some swatches look light and some look great like yours. I may have to get at least a sample to try. Thanks for a great video.
Thank you! The darkness/lightness of the ink may depend a bit on the pen you put it in, but I think it's overall a really legible ink. I'm not a big fan of pinks in general but this one is winning me over 😊
New subscriber here. Beautiful shade choices for this month! I'm also a huge fan of the "ber" months, and I spent a ridiculous amount of time picking my own colors for September.
Yes! Ru's new comfort video! Overall really loving the theme Autumn in Paris! It's perfect!! I only have the green one from the Herbin Paris Collection, starting to regret not getting the other ones. I rarely reach out to greys and only have one favorite grey so far (Diamine Earl Grey), but ahhh, that Gris Toits is kinda calling me now, haha! And I've been eyeing getting a Prera for quite a while too... hm.. I now have quite bright inks inked on my pens. After seeing this video I feel like cleaning them all and inking some of my more muted inks, heh! Thanks for sharing!
Aah thank you! 🥰 I looove the Prera, it does that super satisfying click thing when you cap it (like the Pilot Explorer/Lightive) and it writes really well. I feel like Gris Toits is the perfect match for it. I think the Paris collection is a bit easier to find now around here as well. I'm totally going to influence you into getting the grey because you already influenced me into getting the green 🤣
@@ruonpaper You know what? I got a sample of that Paris Grey in a pen meet yesterday ha ha! Now I have 2ml of this grey XD It was even more lovely on writing in real life. Such complex bluishgrey.
Such a beautiful fall palette 🍂
Gorgeous palette!
what a romantic ink pallet! tu as bien fait. l'esprit de paris en automne est clairement représenté.
Merci beaucoup! Je suis content de l'entendre 😊
Very nice pallet
Beautiful color palette! 🥰

Beautiful color choices.. The muddy grass and it smells like coffee are my favorites.
Thank you! I'm surprised at how well It Smells Like Coffee writes considering scented inks can be a little troublesome.
@@ruonpaper Does it feather at all? Scented inks have a tendency to feather.

Barock is an ink series from the German company Octopus Fluids. The Gris Toits went straight into my wishlist. Beautiful! 😍

Gorgeous choices! I have no idea what colours go with Paris, so I'm just gonna trust you!
The song 'Pure Imagination' comes to mind 🤣
Robert Oster "Mardi Gras" Oh, sorry, "Muddy Grass" 🤣 Nice pun, Rob!
🤣🤣

I totally feel that... Spring is fine but it's also a prelude to the never-ending summer 😅 I hope you have a lovely spring though!
I absolutely love this palette! I just discovered the Herbin Paris series. You featured two of my favorites from the line!
Thanks for watching! When I saw those 2 colors I knew I had to get them, and they didn't disappoint!
i always love seeing your videos! thank you so much for sharing as always!
Glad to accompany you during breakfast! 😄 Thanks for watching!
Such good vibes for fall 🍂thank you!

It is right! It's a bit understated and subtle but I love that. Fall is my favorite season too 😊

Hi, so glad to have you here! 😊 I feel like picking out the colours is half the fun, though! Thank you for watching 😊
