I've been in portable sanitation for a decade now and my biggest pet peeve on the job is when construction workers need to go when I am in the middle of servicing a restroom. They often do this before I even get to pour a fresh bucket of blue water in the tank!
@@patsmith378 depending on experience, qualifications & and seniority it's 40-50k yearly. Having a CDL helps. We do have mostly non-CDL trucks (3500s, 5500s e.t.c) but some trucks do have a GVWR/GCWR greater than 26,000 lbs.
@@koriseitz2629 Cross Conamination, anything those gloves touch after becoming exposed to bacteria is considered dirty. The yellow hose, the knobs on the truck, spray bottles. Id give my employees scrub gowns and ppe to clean those.
In torrington ct they dont even bother with the sanitizer, also they dont clean the floor and debris in the bottom of the septic tank, on top of that they leave everything with water on it, I stopped at a park one night to pee before heading home and checked the date that it had been cleaned and it had just been done

Renting for one day compared to renting for two weeks if the rental is $75. Each day is cleaning a separate charge and if so how much is a fair charge ?
Renting for one day is very inconvenient to the owner of the business so they have a minimum of days you have to rent it. for my business I do clean once a week that comes with the rental and if they want more we charge them and extra fee
Here in San Diego I heard they start at 28 per hr. Techs don't do a good job, when they leave, the toilet paper is all wet and they don't clean graffiti like it shows in the video.
I do this as a job and unfortunately graffiti doesn't always 100% of the time come off. I've had times where I've sat their and scrubbed for a good couple minutes and it won't come off.
I got an interview as well. Next week. Right now I do over the road express deliveries (independent contractor). I they called me in for an interview. Over the road State to state is getting a little too dangerous for me. Getting tired of it. I'm going to try cleaning shit for a living.
I only have one match but I can make a poop explosion, airline toilets if you ever noticed them and the lighting while getting your freak on and amnesia
About 120...plus is hot as hell...they stink..construction workers shit every where in the toilet...rags bottles needles pads in the toilet with makes it hard to get..lots of maggots in the summer...fumes get you sick...the pay is not good..but because you have so much shit to do..the overtime kinda makes it look decent...so you make about 60k a year...70 hrs a week....this type of job is to get you out the hole...lmao
I just wasted 7 minutes of my life to try find out how to refill the flusher with water and they didn't even tell us, on a good note I now know how to pick up rubbish off the ground
@@patsmith378 Yeah it's normal for them to be nasty. Nothing worse than jerks locking you in one so you can't get out. Or tipping it over so your all yucky and slam your head hard, when the jerks that did it just walk away from it laughing. That's the reason I hate porta potties. Not because they're dirty, because there's lots of jerks think it's funny to tip it over on you and roll it around on the ground while you're in it if they can. They are basically a bully's weapon and best friend which is the reason why I hate them
They tried to make this look all manly... but they're basically housekeepers....lol bet their wives still complain about them not being clean at home 🤣🤣🤣
