I was at a festival lined with portable bathrooms. The cleaning guys came in there like assassins: sucked the waste out, power washed with a small mint-scented solution and blow-dryed the interior all within ten minutes each. Everyone waited for them because they said it smelled so good!
@@bobbyhill4460 I got paid $20 an hour it was just too disgusting for me man very nasty 🤢 I couldn't do it I rather work at Pepsi Coke etc then do that job. I've seen maggots and feces everywhere.
I've been doing portable restrooms in Southwest Colorado for 12 years and my technique that I've been passing along to rookies is pretreating the inside of restroom with emphasis on contact points before pumping waste. Having had experience with infection control, I've been doing that before covid.
After watching a couple of videos and learning that the pay is decent, it inspired me to look for a job doing this! It uh, didn't go over well. I live in a big city and some are just 3rd party vendors for unknown companies. The local companies I was able to get ahold of weren't hiring, at all. One guy who answered the phone, lots of background noise and he sounded baked. Also not hiring.
I'm doing this service with a great truck. The issue is that the vendor installed a water pump that doesn't work. I need your help to suggest a good pump that is lightweight and works with diesel.
How far away does your pump go Is it more than 100 ft I have a porta potty that's in my yard but it's about 100 ft from the street do the pumps reach that far
Yes there certainly is. Many of our customers rent porta potties as well as roll-off dumpsters. There's actually data that shows that porta potty companies that have multiple product lines are more profitable than those that just do porta potty rentals.
We suggest you Google "porta potty rental near me." You should be able to get in contact with a company in your area that can service your porta potties.
Ive been a construction clean up guy for a year ,and ive seen the guys that do this job alot and talked them ,the pay looks great so i try to hang around to learn more about the job but i cant stand the smell for any amount of time ,i flee for my life. I dont know how i see all these guys doing this job with no mask . The smell will make you quit at the first one
Oh boy. First, I open the door and inspect. Then pump out the waste, leaving the wand in there, spray out the bowl, then finish pumping it out. Then add chemical.. Always spray the bowl out.

I'm curious what the "brine" would be? Looking to find a used Porta John for our four season off-grid camp
Hi there. In the winter, brine is typically just salt and water. Otherwise, it's just water.
I'm doing this service with a great truck. The issue is that the vendor installed a water pump that doesn't work. I need your help to suggest a good pump that is lightweight and works with diesel.
Thanks for your comment. You might want to post this question in the PTN Facebook group (Portable Toilet Network). You'll get lots of advice.

Amazing demo.
Is there a market place for waste management + porta potty biz.

Where do you purchase your portable toilets?
Many operators purchase their toilets at Satellite, PolyJohn, Armal, J&J, and many more portable toilet manufacturers.
one cleaner said they only can go 20 ft

Lmao doesn't scrub it down I'd say that's a poor service
Thanks for your feedback. This unit was pretty clean, but you should certainly scrub it down if it's needed.
