This project might be good for anyone looking just investment purpose or renting it out. However its Cons of having just one balcony in 3 bhk and enclosed dry balcony is the biggest Cons for any family for self use: I mean one balcony will be used for what all purpose 😊
Properties near mula-mutha have flooded due to rains..is there any provision to manage this in future?

DONT COMPARE PRICING WITH KALEIDO AS THE LOCATION FOR KALEIDO WAS DIFFERENT TOTALLY ISOLATED BUT HERE YOU SEE LOTS OF WORK GOING AROUND AND NEARBY TO KHARADI AND YOO VILLAS AND COLLAGE SO THERE IS LOT OF DIFFERENCE HERE THINK IN THAT WAY AND THE PRICES YOU SEE IS INCLUDING FLOOR RISE SO THIS PRICES ARE FOR TOP FLOORS LOWER FLOORS PRICES WILL BE LESS THANKYOU..

What is the problem with river side facing? You have mentioned it in multiple videos that riverside projects / facing have issues
River side facing will have, mosquito, bed smell related issues

Kohinoor Greentastic Rera has been cancelled and sent it for re-approval. Due to There Tower is coming to high flood rise level as per goverment/official marking. Bit risky project as per current scenario.

@@pradeeptiwari3544 Its not always that everything might match right If we see that this project is good and you think its not then as per you or any viewer its and biased review but we make video in all aspects every time creating a wrong impressions about project dosent mean that we are unbaised there might be genuine issue so its goes in that way

Dono builders ka phase 2 launch hone wale hai at that time they are planning to start or connect that road access but even they are claiming that abhi tak possession hua nahi hai kisika jab hoga tab hum resolve karenge
yeh kahi return me nahi hai baas orally hai so i would suggest to wait atleast till there phase 2 launch which might be year end or nxt year we can get some cleartity at tht time
