I just started Bajaj Super FE 1994 today after 2 years :) Did not touch carb, just cleaned plug & checked for blue color current.
since the scooter was sitting from long time, so i just lubricated the cylinder with 2T oil using small paint brush through the spark plug hole. Because in 2 strokes the librication oil is mixed in petrol and it gets evaporated, and liner becomes dry, if scooter is sitting from long time.

Engine Oil SAE 20W40 QTY-300 ML as per Manual
I add 500ml because it provides more oil to clutch
