47 mh/s is best result for 6800m? Any changes with afterburner clocking? This card shows better FPS than RTX 3070 and have 12 GB, have up to 160 W power, that must be beast for mining... But RTX 3070 can do easy 60+ mh/s with less power limits.

I get 43MHS at best but then it throttles, been able to get 37-40MHS with max fan and an aggressive cooling pad. It's pretty loud though I've seen other laptops less noisy able to do more.
@@theguardianarchives433 yeah same. It's ok at mining I'm not really complaining since I got the laptop for 1000$. Any 3070 model runs 1600 to 1800. Could probably get a bit better performance if our could manually tweak settings.
@@flipout1977 Right if we had the ability to underclock the core as much as possible and leave memory full speed we may be able to squeeze more performance or at least same performance, but with lower temps. As of now I settle for 110-115Watt system power limit. 15W limit on the cpu. I also disabled 4 CPU cores in the system boot settings in windows to limit CPU power as well. I also got the PC at about $1161 openbox after taxes. so its still a good deal. I just wish it was a little cooler and less loud
@@lidinprasalrm1027 i mined on a 1660ti for over a year, just sold it, and now mining on a 3060, laptops, 60ºc wont kill it, and they have no way of knowing you were mining with it

You are forgetting that amd cards, especially laptop ones, are really poor Ethereum miners.

you could force the core clock and voltages etc from within the miner, check the t-rex / nbminer manuals

strange, i am only able to get about 44mh at best with the laptop.
