Okay, I thought I was the only one that didn't see the refrigerator. Glad to know I'm not the only one. 😅
Another nice design but I agree with commenters that the kitchen needs work. Personally I'd put the missing fridge after the end of the counter space where the dishwasher is currently located, change the dishwasher space to drawers, and reduce the size of the island so it is just long enough for the dishwasher to go underneath. That will allow wider access to the kitchen. The corner where the microwave is also should be adjusted, I think. The white glass-front cabinets are visually blocking the cabinet over the microwave. I'd change out the range hood for a combo fan/microwave with a cabinet above that and then have an upper angled corner cabinet that matches the white ones and open counter space below it where the microwave and cabinet are now. I do like how you have the laundry room close to the back door and have included a sink. Very handy if you need to come inside all muddy or dirty from yardwork, gardening, or such. :)
Am I overlooking something or is there just not a refrigerator in the kitchen? I like everything but the kitchen. I’m currently living in an open floor plan and I have come to love it. Having the kitchen so closed off seems unnatural to me. I’m aware that the furniture is for perspective but having a dining table for six and a living room for four seems odd. I think that is where an (at least mostly) open plan could allow for adaptability of furniture arrangement. On the whole, it’s a nice plan!

Like most of your plans, this house has curb appeal. I smile every time I see my coat hooks and bench inside the door. The kitchen is snug, is missing its fridge and could use more cabinets. It does appear that the wall it shares with the hallway could be pushed toward the hallway enough to possibly accommodate a counter-depth fridge and a tall pantry cabinet. There is just one bathroom, and although that's adequate for a two-bedroom house, a second toilet is a convenience. If part of the outdoor storage space were sacrificed to combine with the large laundry room and create a smaller laundry plus a powder room, that could be a benefit.

What a great design! and the front end of the house (living room) is fantastic! Only thing that I would possibly change is the back door as the Feng Shui doesn't like opposing doors. When can I move it!??

Hi sweetie, yesterday I was lying in bed resting like most days (too much to explain why and how often) and I couldn't get any rest! I know that means what I call: "I'm stuck with an egg again" ROFL!!! So I have another house idea and I MUST put it on paper before I can rest, otherwise I can forget about resting! That's how it always starts. It forms a perfect image in my head, but putting it on paper or describing it is another matter. It's a rather unusual house I'm afraid and I wish I could show it or describe it to you but as I said, I'm neither an architect nor a technical draftsman and describing anything is not my strength, unfortunately. In any case, it's on paper (very amateurish HAHA) and I'm 'liberated from that egg ;-)'. LOL!!
The bad thing is that I am not tech savvy at all and therefore cannot do anything with the computer, my son can but is not interested in that kind of thing, he is more into games, action-adventure writing stories and so on. Neither he nor my husband show any interest in it and I find that very sad. It must be wonderful to be able to share it!

I love the layout, but the kitchen needs to be redesigned.
Small bungalows are great! You have added a lot of visual appeal, but maybe got a little rushed, especially with the kitchen?
I assume that is a water heater in the room off the back porch? It's good that you are starting to consider mechanical issues. In-line tankless water heaters are very small btw, good for little houses.

There's no fridge and very open space in the kitchen floor plan. The cabinet across from dishwasher out of place. This makes the opening to the kitchen quite small .

Not in a million years do I want a home with only 1 bathroom! Like the bedroom sizes but no closets for hanging clothes. Kitchen is isolated from guests. What’s the room next to the laundry room, outdoor storage?

I was in love with house until the kitchen! No refrigerator, cabinets too high and block corner unit. Get rid if peninsula and just do a galley kitchen with cabinets above and believable a frig.
