The layout, the decor, the fabulous pantry and kitchen with tons of space for everything, the rooms... OMG, I've seen a lot of house plans on TH-cam, but this is the first one that I totally fall in love with! Perfect for a person living alone or for a couple, it has a charming guest room, and I just love that sensation of space thanks to the absence of walls in the main area for living room, kitchen, and dining, it feels like the house is way bigger than it is. Absolutely and totally perfect!
A very cozy home, love the foyer/laundry, of course the fireplace and built in bookshelves. Love how you address the ceiling. A great house concept using every inch of space without breaking the budget, small is better.
I love it ♥️, the entrance, the laundry and coat & shoes area, the living room, love the two walls plus the fireplace with brick, love that country look, the kitchen also with that brick look, french doors, then the master bedroom w/ beautiful closet, the master bathroom, love it ♥️, the guest bathroom, love the walls and shower, guest bedroom w/ color coronation, this is me, love that country look with bricks, regular bricks, fieldstone, flagstone/ gravel type stone and corner showers, also love split levels and bi levels
I would move the washer/dryer to the space between the second bedroom and bathroom. I would use the space where the laundry is currently to enlarge the living room with a window.
I love the entry, though I'd add a door to conceal the laundry area. The living/dining area is nicely open, and the kitchen is a good size. It also has a pantry, which wasn't shown in the video tour. The master suite has a huge walk-in closet. If you removed the fireplace, you'd be able to give the living room a large window. Other than the laundry issue, this is a great plan!
Oh Jasper; this house is truly magnificent! The space is used perfectly, I’d love a full-size range, otherwise this is 👍👍
This one is a winner! The bench for seating at the counter is genius! The only issue I have is the entryway/laundry area. I wouldn’t want my dirty laundry in view of guests and the living room could use the extra window.
This home is a winner. The only very small change I would make is to add an inner door at the front entry to create an airlock for bad weather. This is beautiful.

Masterfully laid out. Looks bigger than it is! Loving the color palette with the warm woods, light bricks, and black accents...brings nature inside. And although I'm not a fan of great rooms, the front of the house is fantastic. Cozy, not small and cramped, and good flow with plenty of room between the three zones of the front room. Nicely done! Only comment I can make, is maybe some kind of door to hide that front laundry room??? Oh and possible Feng Shui accident with the opposing front and back doors? But all-in-all, I like it very much and could see myself comfortably living in this Little Beauty!

JASPER!! This house is so gorgeous! I love the spaciousness in each room. I'm just absolutely in love! This would be perfect for my son and me and our feline furbabies. The layout inside is so perfect! And I love both porches outside! There are a few changes I'd make: (1) add a 2 stall garage that connects to the kitchen, (2) change up the kitchen cabinetry and countertop colors 《white quartz countertop, base cabinets would be same color as beams in the ceiling, uppers a soft sage green》, and (3) add an Asian style deep soaking tub inside the shower enclosure of the guest bath. I really do think this home is well designed - very efficient use of space. The kitchen and laundry areas are spot on regarding layout and storage/prep space! Another great design!❤❤😊😊🎉🎉

This is a perfect house!
My favorite parts are the stone pillars on the porch, stone accent wall, built-in in the living area, floating shelves in the kitchen, built-in in the WIC, raised sinks, & shelves in the 2nd bathroom.

Are the big doors in the kitchen for a pantry? Show it off; it's a big selling point.
There is a lot of waste space in the dinin area.e far wall is so close to the windows youcould turn it into a book nook.
Love the en suite bedroom.
I would also move the laundry area nearer the bedrooms, add a window wall, and turn it into a conservatory.

I like this design a lot. My only inner conflict is that the awesome entryway closet/laundry room deprive the sitting room of a nice big window. But carefully chosen wall colours and mirror placement could compensate and make maximum use of the dining window(French doors. I like this home.

Getting there! Bookshelves! A lamp! No toilet right off the living room! Paint the bump out, white, not beige, put bookcase nightstands in the small bedroom, and open shelving in the kitchen looks cool, and shows off collections. But unless someone is coming to wash dust and grease off, no.
Здравствуйте, позволю высказать своë мнение по вашим проектам. Проекты хороши, особенно этот. Очень нравится, но у вас все проекты без каледоров. Заходишь с улицы и сразу попадаешь в гостинуюю, тоесть всю грязь моментально заносишь в дом. Так недолжно быть, у нас в России такого нету. Мы переабуваемся в каледоре и только потом заходим в дом. И самое главное, весь холод идëт в дом особенно когда открывают дверь на улицу. Я понемаю что у вас тепло круглый год, но тамбур должен быть, хотябы для того что бы ненести грязь уличную в дом. А в остальном проект отличный. Браво👏💯🎇
