      these are just countries, go to upper egypt and see all the hejazi and najdi tribes for yourself: hawwari, bani suwayf, banu hilal, banu salim, and many others.
      in tunisia, you have berbers, who racially are a mix of javedic western aryans, german tribes, celtic clans, saharans, 3arab, and ancient semites from arabia felix (now yemen).
      the language they speak is an ancient semitic language from south arabia. there are divergent vernacular dialects that are not on the level of eloquent language.
      by ancestry, there are lineages that go very long, but end at a person born only a few centuries ago. identity in the case of berbers is based on skin color and on opposition of every kind against arabs, including strong feelings for the french republic.
      in south tunisia, there are bedouin 3arab, mostly descended from banu hilal, a few descended from banu salim, and there are other origins. they count their ancestors and pass on their folk stories to their children. they live off the desert, a very stringent life.
      and then there are saharan descendents of slaves, most of whom are mixed race. they have no tribe and they are disfavored by berbers because of their skin color.
      the same applies to algeria and morocco. mauritania (latin word for "moors", the rulers of spain were not moors, they were 3arab and berber) is quite different, there are only a few berbers and most of the "arabs" are himyars from yemen.

    • @YassinePineapple

      @@MASTERBUILDER-dd1rg this is not really correct, my father is berberologist (yes thats an actual title, he got his phd in north africa studies and is an amazigh man).
      Berbers have a distinct genetical marker which differentiates us from arabs and other enthnic groups. The berber marker is found within the whole “Tamzgha” region, even including the guanche people of the canary islands.
      The development of this marker was possible due to the geography of north africa. If you look at the historic boundaries of empires who engaged in a north african conquest, you’ll see that the power & influence of the invaders usually dont reach beyond natural boundries, like the atlas mountains or the sahara desert.
      Because of the nomadic and semi-nomadic nature of the berber people, they usually retreated back into the desert or mountains, engaged in guerilla warfare and eventually just waited, till those empires collapsed under their own weight.
      Because of this tactic they often experienced long periods of genetic isolation, which allowed the distinct marker to form.
      This isolation happened throughout north africa in various degrees. Because of this there are white skinned kabyle, brown skinned shilha and black skinned tuareg. But we all share the same distinct dna indigenous to the region.

      You just spewed a bunch of nonsense. Theres no “white” or “brown” arab, levantines are not white lol being a couple of shades different ON AVERAGE (emphasis on average) does NOT mean you should put them in another slot. These two are the same, semitic arabs. You can find white passing gulf arabs and very brown looking levantine arabs.
      Secondly, gulf arabs are NOT the original arabs. I see this being thrown around only because gulf arabs were the ones who kept their native attire when the rest of the arab countries substituted it for western ones. Arabs originated in the LEVANT, where the supposed “white” arabs are. The black arabs are the ones who are arab mostly culturally and linguistically, a lot of them have arab blood somewhere but they are mostly native.
      Arab is an ETHNICITY, and you dont need to be 100% pure for you to be labeled as that ethnicity. If thats the case, literally no ethnicity or race on earth would exist or be properly labeled. We’re all arabs. There is this very widespread misconception that every Arab-speaking people are Arabs, which is entirely wrong. Simply, ARABS ARE FROM ARABIA, modern Saudi Arabia. Egyptians are Copts, derived from Egypt. North Africans are Berbers. Palestinians and Jordanians are Canaanites, Syrian are Assyrians. Come on Y’all, this is history 101, the spread of Islam by Arabs contributed in the spread of Arabic language. Btw, every country speaks a different version of Arabic mixed with their native language. There is many things that caused this misconception to get spread and widely accepted, but that’d take me a lecture to explain, and if you have a little history knowledge, you’d know what I’m talking about. Finally, there’s not white Arabs or blonde Arabs, and these dudes are white as hell, which simply means they’re far from being Arabs. I can differentiate, just by looking, Egyptians from Palestinians, Syrian, Iraqis etc…

      @@aaronbynum8968 Why would you need to "identify" as any origin, at the very least towards the government?
      What they need to know, is how to reach you, that you exist, in which municipality they should plan for you to vote, and what you earn so they can tax you, or whether you need social help, because you don't earn something / don't earn enough right now, maybe something concerning family and children, again mostly for social help or planing the sizes of schools in various districts.
      But your personal interests, your oppinions, ethnical or genetical heritage, sexuality, gender, personality, etc. not only don't need to be recorded, they shouldn't be at nearly any price.
      The race box is even worse, as its answers aren't even real, nor do they have anything to do with what people think "race" is. They are imaginary groupings based on the most major current or slightly past immigration directions into the US. But what that is, can change quite easily and in the mind of those grouped as such, they typically see quite different groupings.

    Especially after the stereotype of Arabs in the movies that we are terrorists, and frankly this is unfortunate. I've seen a lot of racism because I'm an Arab, and the American people's image of Arabs isn't quite right.

      @Alexander
      Your words are stupider than the Masonic theory. First, your words may be correct about the Arabs residing in the Arabian Peninsula, but at the same time the words are inaccurate. In Iraq, Syria and many countries of the Levant, the Arabs existed before Islam, and there were even states for them, and also in Iran and southern Iran, all of which are Arab and Baluchi like Ahwaz. and others. We do not live a backward life. We only preserve our dress, customs and traditions, because we are Arabs, and the Arab does not change his habits, and we see the Arabs of Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco so far, and they adhere to these customs, because we are like this in a nutshell and we are not better than anyone. As for the skin of the Arabs, we have to differentiate. There are two types of Arabs, the Arabs of the desert and the Arabs of the mountains. The Arabs of the desert have brown skin due to the harshness of nature and the sun and the Arabs of the mountains their skin is whiter due to the cold weather. We do not hate any of the Egyptians, Berbers and other of our brothers and we love them because we have a common history with them and we do not care. I heard about us from oil or other things. I do not care and no one cares, and your words reflect the extent of racism that you have towards the Arabs.

    • @alial-qahtani9317
      @alial-qahtani9317 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      There are also Arabs who have colored eyes and have Arab genes, and my uncle has brown hair. Does this mean that he is not an Arab?
      In the past, the brown hair and colored eyes of the Arabs were cursed before Islam, so you can see Arab poems cursing the blue and green eyes, they were a source of evil in the past, and whoever has these eyes is killed.
      It is true that it is rare for someone to be born with green or blue eyes, because most Arabs have brown or hazel eyes, and some have orange eyes. Blue eyes are very rare, but they are present.
      As for the skin color, it varies from tribe to tribe. The Arabs of the desert have brown skin, and the Arabs of the mountains are white. It is not necessary that someone from the desert may be born with brown skin. We are in 2021, life has become easier.
      Also, I am from the Arabs of the desert in Yemen and my skin is white, unlike my brother, his skin is brown, even though we are from the same family.

    Skin color is a poor indicator of relatedness or shared ancestry amongst humans. For example, Australian Aborigines and Sub-Saharan Africans are both colloquially often referred to as "black" ; however, they are extremely genetically distinct from each other. That being said, Arabs, both peninsular Arabs in particular, and arabized people's from the Levant, Iraq and North Africa, etc are closely related to each other and other Western Eurasian peoples, including Europeans. I dislike the word Caucasian, simply because I think it should be reserved to those actually from the Caucasus, but the term itself is scientifically accurate in that it describes the various people from western Eurasia (Europeans, Arabs, Persians, North Africans, Anatolians, etc) as being more closely related to each other than eastern Eurasians or Sub-Saharan Africans. Arabs may not be "white" in the sense that they are Europeans or as pale as some of them (although there are some Europeans that are as olive-skinned as some Arabs, particularly towards the Mediterranean, and there are many Arabs that are just as pale as some Europeans, particularly in the Levant), but they are very closely related to Europeans regardless of how they have historically treated one another.

      there is some north africans who wil look like arab to you not cuz they have arab dna in them but there is amazighs who looks like that and what you think lokks like an arab if you look closely its not arab features, arab features arent like that they have more mediteranina features who absoluetly could be confused with arab one wich these are semitic and amazighs are related to west asians and eurasians, aremenian traditional clothing of women is almost same as amazighs if u serch it up for example, ofc these two still different ethnic groups but its just amazighs migrated from eurasia around 12000 years ago, and some euraqsians looks like arabs but its tricky their features arent really arabs , and both eurasians have all shades including mongol features,im moroccan and ive already saw these here in morocco we also have blonds gingers and dark skinned etc...wich explains our admixture of people who despite having different looks we are same ethnic groups. if arabs were existent i would confirm but there arent so i can neever confirm, we dont have arabic tribeshere, we have only knwn considered amazighen tribes or aranized amazighen tribes
