Is there a way to add additional images to an estimate? In quickbooks desktop we had multiple logos for "best of awards" we had won, but I can't see anywhere for online that I can put an image other than the logo. Thanks!

I am the admin and everything works fine I have employees that are unable to see the CUSTOMIZE tab at the bottom of an estimate or invoice to change the template to match the new division. Why can't they see the customize tab? How can they change the content to match their division? Thank you!
I’m having the same issue with employees with restricted access. They have full access for the sales category, so I don’t see why they wouldn’t be able to see the customize selection inside the invoice. The only thing they have restricted is banking and payroll. Any thoughts?

Hi Hector. I currently do bookkeeping for various companies. We do Payroll for a few of them however, the pay stub needs a slight modification. We are on Quickbooks online. Is it possible to edit a "Pay Stub" template in Quickbooks Online?

Hector, my bookkeeper just switched me to online plus version. Whenever I make changes to one invoice template it changes all the rest to be the same. Is that normal? Do I need a different version to have multiple invoice templates for the same company?
I feel like I am missing something. So what exactly is the point in having the ability to switch what invoice template form we use and it not actually work? I need different verbage for different states I work in. So I will have to add that in every time I switch states?
at the customer profile, can we specifically set a Business Location which can allow us to issue invoice automatically to that specific Business Location?
Quick books is horribly outdated. Zoho is by far the best, easier to use, integrates with everything. Switched to Zoho after 3 horrible years with qb. Intuit fails to innovate, it’s basing its business on its market share and it’s qb is downright primitive. You can’t put a SKU number on an invoice or purchase order. SKUs are the backbone of a product business and QB is not letting you do it. They have ignored user requests for 7 years about this.

You need to go into the settings, remove the logo 100% SAVE, then go back and add it again

No, there is no mass emailing mechanism im QuickBooks.

No.. QBO is really unflexible with customization
