Thank you very much for this video!!! I am designer and I was asked to use more graphic elements on the invoice form but needed support with the fields mapping in QB.
how do i do this on the 2022 edition of quickbooks? i absolutely hate the new invoices or estimates look, and cant figure out how to do this on the new version!
Thank you for this video. Is it possible to upload a customized invoice template from QB Desktop to QB Online? We are switching to QB Online and our biggest concern is the Invoice set up.
I agree that this is an excellent tutorial, but this functionality appears to have been completely removed for QBOPlus users (US Version). I can see it in my Pro Advisor own firm login, but not for a client who has a QBOPlus subscription. There is no longer a Style lab in QBOLabs, so there is nothing to turn on. Any ideas?
This is a great tutorial. However, I just started Quickbooks online and the "New Style" dropdown within Custom Form Styles DOES NOT INCLUDE the "Import Style" choice. I see 4 in the video but I've got three, with the import feature missing. Any thoughts?
This video is frustrating to watch! Trainer guesses as she goes to see if she can get this to work right and makes changes as she goes fixing her errors. She guesses QuickBooks will guess mappings and realizes that she has to do some as she says some "Fadiddling" to get things located correctly and adds tables as fields pose problems. Alignment problems etc. It is a shame she doesn't have her presentation proofed before she uploaded it. Advanced?? Maybe. Prepared trainer I don't think so.
