I started wearing these slippers two days ago, and it hurts a few hours after taking them off. is it normal? also how many days it takes for your feet to get used to it?
I've been torn between this and that type of reflexology slippers. But this one here seems more durable and I like the fact that they are made of pebble stones. Which means buying tiny pebble stones and putting them tub made of metal and stepping into them is even better coz you can massage every parts of your feet. That's why everytime I am at Mabua, Pebble Beach in Surigao del Norte I spend hours & hours just standing on the tiny pebbles & it hurts at first until I get used to it and it then feels so good afterwards. Truly the best massage for your feet.
I have a pair.. What they do is allow blood flow and increase. Oxygen to your foot. But Mosley they trigger the nerves at those point in your foot that are connected the the corresponding parts of your body...
You’d probably get some benefit just from wearing them, but it’s more effective when you stand in them. The soles are super stiff, so you can’t really walk in them. I usually just stand in them at my standing desk. Hope that helps!

I have just bought some. BUT it looks like they are plastic 'reproductions' of what you are showing us in your video! Any advice on these plastic ones, I have have received. There was no address or instructions in the package, when they arrived! But I did pay with PayPal. So I thought I would look online to get some more information about them!😊
